These are great tips. I didn't know about Garn Howl. Now that I do, it seems the entire server population of Staghelm is out to get him; there's always 4 or 5 people camped at the trees.
Go on a toon level 50. Select a random timewalking, go to garn's spawn point and he'll always be there. This works with anything too because timewalking causes you to go in a different phase and barely anyone-no one is camping with timewalking on, and the specific one you selected.

the mammoth is actually still useful. Not just as a vendor mount, but they actually updated it to sell shadowlands reagents, which they did not do for the yak. You want both!
I found the smoldering ember wyrm pretty easy to get, Kara mythic is trivial to solo at this point and triggering nightbane is pretty easy. It's only a 20% drop chance, but that's pretty decent and is multiplied by the number of people in the instance who are eligible for loot even if they have the mount so if you take 4 friends who've already got it, it will have a 100% chance to drop for you.

Back in the day before the level squish, I leveled all of the horde side races in a death knight and bought all the mounts, took me a few hours but better than grinding tabards imo

If you are going to do TBC content to farm rep, I suggest Heroic Sethekk halls and Magister's Terrace while you farm The RavenLord and the White Hawkstrider Mounts.
I've been playing for two months now, and started to collect mounts, I made trial characters, when reaches the limit I go with my main and do dungeons, the go back to trials and finish collecting the mount clases
I finally got my Junkyard Drifter day before yesterday and that was with 4 alts permanently camped on Rustfeather's mountain since day one of Mechagon... talk about serious bad drop rate but it was weird as the moonkin who often was there for much of the pain got his the same time, two drifters in one kill was super weird.
i know its a little late but in the beginning of the vid you said you need to get exalted with the faction/city to get the mount what you can do aswell is make class trials of those races and give them some gold from your main that will make it so you can buy 47 mounts in about 20/30 minutes once your done with that race you can send the gold to the next and delete the char so you dont lose that char slot
"If you cant clear this dungeon in 25 mins you are probably lvl 5" or your net went down when you were running along the road towards the dude that drops the mount and didnt come back till after the timer was done xD

Right now I'm doing the PTR on Shadowlands. For some reason my system went smoothly on Deathknell than on the other area. So far nothing spectacular except for changing your looks with really cool aesthetics. I did copy a main character as well again no real massive change. Maybe it will come up soon.
Been looking into starting WoW and I'm a collection player so it seems like a dream come true to someone like me How many mounts/ transmogs/ collectibles require group play? I'm really not someone who enjoys raiding and stuff, I get pretty bad performance anxiety even if it is all more or less anonymous
All of these mounts should be obtainable without super amazing gear! I get where you're coming from I recommend trying to find a casual guild to raid with to start and go from there. Just be careful of cesspool guilds advertising in trade chat.
Some mounts need 2 player or a group. Those are just for achievement mounts tho, since a couple achievements cant be done solo. But the majority is soloable :)
Hyker Would you recommend the game(without bfa but i guess i have enough content as a new player until the new expansion)? Hearing so much negative stuff about the game because of it’s current state really made worried about getting the game(the subscription)
@@rochatra Well, you can still buy bfa but just play old content. Or just play Classic. That's included if I'm not mistaken. I myself still enjoy bfa content and will actively play until the release of Shadowlands. I would still recommend it :) Also you need to play old content until you reach the level to play BfA stuff.
The dalaran mount count is wrong. The gryphons and wind riders are the same you get in stormwind and orgrimer. Other than the blue one that is more expensive
Alternatively, instead of farming reps to get race mounts, make a trial orc, troll, human, etc. (Mage is the easiest class) hearth out of the tutorial scenario, log off, send that toon gold, and then buy the mounts.
I was originally going to put that in the video but Blizz tends to nerf class trial things like that like they did when ppl were using them to farm mounts like Huolon and TLPD
Easier way to do the racial mounts is to make a class trial of the race and make it a mage and use mage portal to teleport to the city where the racial vendor is.
Amani battle bear. You only need to free the last troll that breaks the pots. You do not have to free all the others to get the mount. I personally dud it this way

Yes you can. When I was making the video I was fully convinced it was something Blizzard would change but guess they were to busy nerfing other fun stuff. Considering making a mini video on it
When it comes to the Battle Bear you should make sure people know that it's not a 100% drop chance. It's like a 99.1% drop chance, so there is still that 0.9% chance you will not get the mount . I know it's very low but I've seen it happen
