TMNT: THE LAST RONIN Being Developed Into A Live-Action Film (My Thoughts)

Had to jump on and share my thoughts on the news that a live-action, R-rated adaptation of TMNT: THE LAST RONIN is being developed. These are my thoughts on the Graphic Novel, Paramount, the most recent TURTLES film: MUTANT MAYHEM and how I think it's performance at the box office should be an indicator for where they should take the film franchise.

im cautiously optimistic about it. I havent liked much new tmnt media since the 2012 series and the two bay films. heres hoping this turns out fun.

What makes me so optimistic is that they have a great blueprint for it. The story is very straightforward, it's not overly complex or take off in too many directions. It's also a great length for a film, not too long, not too short. I'm incredibly excited!

Just in case anyone gets the wrong impression. I have no problem with them continuing with animated features, in fact I encourage it. But I would like to see a more original concept from them rather than tread over the same themes that we've seen over and over again!🤞
