Did you guys cycle the rear suspension to check for clearance or right where the instructions say to weld it it’s pretty much same for all and don’t need to do that. Also, for the limit straps do you need to droop suspension till it stops to get limit strap correct size? Just wondering I plan on doing this the end of this year and just want to get some questions answered thanks
@@raulramosramirez we went to the measurements they gave us and cycled after the fact to make sure all was good. We set limit straps to about 1” before full droop because they’ll stretch out a bit.
I love the locked products. If you check out my operation PreLander series I go full long travel with their stuff. I went 12s at first to have the up travel but swapped to 14” bypasses in the rear. Their stuff has been solid for me. You can get 10% off their shocks on my site with promo code Thedarkyota
Far from laying down dines tho. If you know what weld dines look like, they don’t look like that. Nice welds, but far from dimes. Dimes look exactly like circles, imitating dimes. Not arrow shaped.
@@The_dark_yota roger that I feel a bit better now. Going to be running smoothie 2.0s with 17x8.5 zero offset and 275/70/17s so narrower shock and a lot smaller tire.
Ready to see it in action!
Got to flex it out in the red cone night run! Just hard to see but where others spun tire my tire never spun because it was planted.

Thank you 🙏🏼
Do u have limit strap on the truck?
Not on the rear
How do you like the locked Offroad products? Also, why did you select 12” over the 14”?

The fronts will be for sale when I do my long travel up front. The rears are already sold.
Thank you 🙏🏼

Damn never new extended travel like that needed such extreme wheel spacing…
Depends on your wheel specs but yeah when flexing and articulating you don’t want the tire hitting the shock body
@@The_dark_yota what’s your wheel offset/BS and tire size?
@@cmacblue42 17x8.5 -25 and 35x12.5
