F250 Superduty Build | Episode 4: Carli Dominator / Wheels & Tires
In this video the Superduty build gets the Carli Suspension Dominator kit installed as well as some KMC wheels and Toyo Tires. Wheels are 18x9 with a 0 offset and the Toyo AT3s are a 37x12.5R17. I am going to 38s for this setup and think 37s look a little small.
I have had this setup on for about a month or so now and love it. Rear needs a little more weight for the setup and I'm thinking a Decked system will help a lot with the full size space in the back as well. As the truck sits right now it has a bedrock and tent on the back.

F250 Superduty Build | Episode 3: SDHQ Terminals/Center Console Fridge
Переглядів 260Місяць тому
In this video Mitchell from Blaze Offroad installs the SDHQ Battery terminals and the Dometic Center console fridge. These are the best terminals you can get for any rig. I run them on both my Tacoma and Superduty. The Dometic Center Console fridge has honestly been one of my favorite things done to the truck so far for long trips. Next episode will be the full Carli Dominator kit.

Redcone Colorado Trail Run | Martec 3 Link Shakedown

In this video my friend Cannon and I hit redcone in Colorado. One of my favorite trails to be honest. Not hard at all if you don't want it to be but you can still crawl in some sections if you want to. Nothing beats the view though. This was a shakedown run after having the Martec 3 Link kit put on and what a change this kit paired with the Locked Offroad coilers has made. Tru Automotive did al...

We put on the MarTec 3 Link kit! This kit is absolutely amazing and incredibly thought out. The kit is so good that the Owner of the shop wants to get a Tacoma now for a shop build! Since this video I have hit two trails for a shakedown and I have to say, this thing feels sooooooo good. Hight speed whoops stuff and low speed crawling are both incredibly smooth with this kit paired with the lock...

In this video we go camping at some of my favorite spots here in Colorado. This spot is open and very scenic. I'll also go over things I do not like to camp without in this video and you may or may not see some small truck jumps as well. This was a work trip but I just wanted to bring you all along.

Looking at getting the new cascade peak which is just the alloy delano. How does the 135mm rear do? Might overwhock it to bring the resr to 142mm like the current delano. Thanks!
@@KineticsReborn I think if you’re doing downhill you’ll want the extra travel in the rear
Can you wire a dimmer to them?
@@astroblast785 not too sure but don’t see why not
Hey bro, good video. Just a heads up, if you want to keep the use of your passenger side airbag a YT’er by the name of MYKOSPRO put out a video about 6 months ago and does a great walk through. Super easy.

I just installed these on my 4 runner, it definitely stiffened the front. Was that what you experienced? I feel like I liked the oe ride better. What are your thoughts
It would have been helpful if you mentioned the CSF Part Number (which is 7092) in the video.
That sales guy seemed pretty chill everyone should go buy from him 👀 dope video man glad I could get you all hooked up 💪🏻
Do you have a link to the lights ?

Yes! i need this for my Tacoma with the garmin tablet.
So it sounds different, but the anecdotal theory is that it has more power. A before/after dyno tune and/or pull up a grade and comparing EGTs would be the only true confirmation anything power or temperature related was achieved. It’s hard for me to believe that during the horsepower shootout between the big three, Ford would leave easy horsepower on the table to only be unlocked by aftermarket.
is the new seat bracket lower to the floor then the OEM one. my head hits the roof and i need a lower seat

Hey Sean, I checked with FSR for you and they will be back in stock in a week or two. Give them a call and they might let you order one. Just mention my YT video and my code and they should honor it for you.
Where did Adam get the ladder tray?
What’s the ride like after the mods? Just discovered MarTech, really interested in spending some money.
@@TriStateOverland it’s actually really nice. More body roll obviously but not bad at all with the sway bar setup. Offroad it eats.

Why did you choose this style of tent vs wedge?
@@johnkeller6285 more headroom throughout the entire tent and better storage inside. You can keep more in this tent which means less setup and in the morning you have the same height roof across the platform. I also don’t like the idea of a wedge when it’s cold. The cold material is closer to you while sleeping making your bedding colder.
Oh man I’m gonna need some Banks goodies soon!
You left the dpf on?
@@BeckettMonroe17 for now
Colorado requires emissions testing on diesels after 4 years old. So 2020s required emissions testing this year. Only way to skirt that is to register the truck out of state. It’s why you see 4 year old diesels on Facebook marketplace all the time 😂
Hey everyone, DIY gone wrong and I could use some help from this group. I decided to replace my OEM headlights on my 23 TRD Sport. They’re Morimoto XB headlights and my low beams won’t work. Fuse blows everytime I turn them on. Everything is plugged in . The guide says that should be plugged in but can’t find the connector coming from truck. Anything helps!
I have the V1, I scored it at a steep discount, but I prefer the grey, and allowing the sun to come in so I can wake up with the sun. Maybe I'm different, I don't sleep in past sunrise most days. great video, fantastic build, and I'll be watching for more videos.
@@2ShoesPhoto Appreciate it man thank you! Yeah the v1 was a solid tent and for sure to each their own. I go to bed late when I camp so like the blackout. The v2 mattress should work in the v1 and that’s a big upgrade.
Did you guys use the weather strips that came with the radiator? I think they are for the shroud but I used them to fill the small gap between the radiator and the body. Wondering if the included strip was intended to seal off the shroud or if it even helps at all. No super charger here so maybe it doesn’t matter for my application.
Go with a Carli kit! I love mine
I can't go with one.... .because it's already on the way so I went with one 👀 Haha Dominator kit is on the way
I’m looking at one of these. No more 6 passenger pickups and their prices and reliability issues pushed me to the Super Duty platform. I’ve had over 10 Land Crusiers, GX470s, Tacomas, Tundras, and 4Runners but it’s time for me to vote with my dollars since they aren’t listening to their core demographics anymore.
I still have my Tacoma and love it but this thing is really nice to drive and the build out will make it even better for sure

@@jrams1024 yeah a lot of people did but this tows 1000x better than a tundra and has all the tow features as well.
Do the 2.0 shocks for the 3rd gen tacoma actually offer a longer stroke over oem? That's a problem with some of these style lifts is they reduce the shocklength, which, in turn, reduces your droop, which can make for a shit ride. I'm just curious. Im considering this setup. I do primarily forest services roads and over the road driving, but having a bit more flex while maintaining some ride quality is a plus.
Any chance you want to help modify/ install on a Shelby F250 Super Baja? I have a few custom touches I need, plus I'm dealing with the stock chase rack.
I thought overlanding involved camping. or maybe that's boondocking?

Looks like around a 16% power loss at elevation so my guess is at sea level that truck should be making around 320whp.

Ended buying two of the 2000 lights.. one had issues, would not charge one of the pipe clamps was.broken. Honestly for what this is, and the price point (which is rediculous considering its made in China) I shouldnt be having any issues with this out the box. So far regretting the purchase. Lets see how customer service goes.

Whats the weight of the bumper?
not my truck so no idea but I'm sure their site has the info on it.
What are the 2.0’s front suspension height preset at from factory? You mentioned it was adjustable from 0-3”
depends on the weight of the truck but you can email them and ask. I don't know what they're set at.
What does it cost to build a taco like this the wide body included?
a good bit. Find the parts you want and call shops for labor man. Sorry I don't tell everyone what is into the truck.
