PASTA WITH PUMPKIN AND RAW HAM. A creamy first course, easy and quick to prepare

A classic autumn first course is certainly pasta with pumpkin. We can associate the pumpkin with pancetta, speck or raw ham; I used the latter, which with its flavor goes well with the sweetness of the pumpkin, together with the addition of a drop of cream that makes everything creamier and tastier. A quick recipe that can be prepared in minutes. Just 500 calories for one serving. Eating "Delicious and Light" is possible: so why not try it? Enjoy your meal!
INGREDIENTS for 2 servings:
500 g. of yellow squash
100 g. onion
parsley to taste
Salt to taste.
black pepper to taste
50 g. of raw ham
200 g. of pasta
50 ml. of cooking cream
half a glass of water
