This was awesome. You are so charming and informative, it was really eye opening for anyone who wants to go to Malaga. Ive been to Spain once, and I think Malaga seems like an ideal spot for my second adventure in Spain. Thank you for such a great video. It really pays to have advice from someone who knows what they are talking about. Again, Great video. Thank you.
Hi Kim. Really enjoying your vlogs. I’m about to head to the Costa del sol for 5 weeks and want to vlog my trip. What platform do you Edit your vlogs on:? Thanks so much ❤
you had my heart at everything is fried! have you tried to? just to make sure your not allergic to crappy American processed foods? I knew a person with "gluten" issues but they could eat Euro stuff because it wasn't processed!
I could not believe my first time in Spain when the hotel restaurant didn't open until 9 or 10pm. As an American that is insane. The more you think about it the more it makes sense. But, as a foreigner it was bizarre.
hi everyone, so I plan on visiting Malaga around the 20th of February, so can use any advice from anyone there or that recently travelled there about the covid situation or the new Omicron situation, and are the covid tests for the returning tourist available easily? thank you
@@kobenwilliams6114 , it was a great trip, Malaga is beautiful, I did my Covid test at the Malaga airport, do get an appointment for the test otherwise it will cost you more, google Covid test Malaga airport and you will find a link to their website. Also the timing for the tests are around 7am-5pm so You should go for test the day before if you have a early flight.

Breakfast in Malaga. It's not a tomato sauce, It's grated fresh tomatoes. The breakfast your describing consists of toasted bread roll (not sliced bread), olive oil, grated tomato and salt this is a typiccal breakfast across southern Spain. I would put a lot more oil and tomato than you have in your shot. You can also have toast and local ham or churros. You have a tejeringo churros on your plate which is from Malaga. Research? Lunch is late by US and UK standards, but a mid-morning snack is quick common for Spanish people to do. "It's time to have tapa and wine"... People in Spain actually tend start having a drink in the evening a few hours later that in the US and UK. At 5:00pm you might be thinking of a beer in the US but in Spain people will more likely still be having coffees. Having said all this Malaga is a very international place and you can eat when and what you want regardless of local customs. I think you'll find the molasses on the on the eggplant is actually honey! This is such an annoying video! Virtually everything you say has inaccuracies.
Its ok to disagree, and the info you share is also interesting, but this shouldn't be an excuse to behave like that. Anyway, I'm sure she did with the better intentions and surely I'll follow all the tips in my travel this weekend! Loved it

I was able to get gluten free churros in Madrid at a chain restaurant, and my favorite gluten free seafood was grilled cuttlefish

What was the restaurant in front of the cathedral? From early in the video?
I don’t know the name of the restaurant, but it is easy to find. Thanks for watching the video and please subscribe to the channel
To keep flies out of the drink is the reason why it is called tapas.❤
Yes, that is one of the historical reasons. Thank you so much for watching the video.

Definitely a different lifestyle. I love Malaga and Spain and the food.

Casa Lola. Thanks for watching, and please subscribe to the channel.
where is this mercado ?
At the edge of the old town. Very central

Café Central is now closed
I heard that. Thanks for sharing on the channel.
What are the food options like if you don’t like seafood? Are there still plenty of non sea food options?
There is plenty of chicken and red meat. Personally, I love seafood, and the seafood is amazing in the city.
Where’s the best coffee and Spanish breakfast in Malaga?
I would just go to a local café and watch people work by. Lots of great coffee and pastries across town.

No es cierto lo de torta. En casi toda Andalucía se dice tortilla o tortillita de camarones.
It's not macarones it's camarones. Gosh 🤦🏼♀️
