My New Favorite MTB Trail - Flow, Tech, & Jumps!!

I recently visited Steamboat, CO where I was fortunate enough to ride my new favorite mtb trail, Spring Roll, which quite literally blew my mind. From top to bottom I was smiling from ear to ear - this trail has it ALL from fast flowy sections with non-mandatory lips tucked away on the sides for jumps to a handful of chunky, tech rock sections to keep you on your toes.
My wife Cheyanne drove me to the top so I could shuttle the trail back to town but it also features a super mellow climb trail that is parallel to the descent which will take you back to the top so you can lap it or take advantage of all the other epic trails in the area like grouse or flash of gold!
If you're headed to Steamboat this trail is a MUST ride.

Damn. There’s at least 15 downhill bike only trails outside of bike parks that I know of in Colorado. Go get em!

last fall i did spring roll as part of a bigger loop. we climbed all the way up and did “grouse” then “spring roll” i liked grouse a little bit more (i like gnar)
