- Today, we ride "The Railyard" MTB jump park, which features BMX-style tracks, tabletops, doubles, whale tails, wallrides, and any obstacle you can think of. This free park is for any skill level, and is located in Rogers Arkansas. Towing me into these lines is Anneke Beerton, 3 time world champion mountain bike racer.

Dad Seth might actually be the coolest version of seth we've ever seen on his channel! I absolutely love the new take on videos lately. really focused on paying it forward, making bikes accessible to all, and giving the youth a place to find that love for 2 wheels we all share. Great work Seth, keep on keeping on!!

We stopped here on our Bentonville trip. We thought "we'll ride for awhile and head back to Bentonville".. 9 hours later we were done riding! Such an incredible spot for all skill levels. Looking forward to our next visit.
Man I'm so jealous of what Arkansas is doing. That all looks amazing. Everything around me is blown out natural trails, that smooth flow stuff looks incredible.
In 1984 I remember spending a few weeks at my grandparents in Arkansas. I brought my MTB and people were literally stopping me in the streets and asking me what I was riding. It was like I was riding a spaceship or something... Times have definitely changed.

I think he forgets that everything in his backyard is like a double black or red due to shear jankiness, so he's honed his skills 😂
If Seth isn’t an expert then I still ride with training wheels on a balance bike
lol, while I fully agree, tbf he was talking to one of the best female MTB racers around, so I think it was just context, compared to 99% of riders, he is def an expert.
@@lincolnpatchett7364 Hell, Seth shreds the expert lines at whistler. The only black I hit there was a practice area for tables (which I solidly cased) and a drop battery (where I opted out of the biggest drop)
The dude builds the sketchiest stuff in his backyard that PNW riders would not consider hitting. If Seth can survive that, then he can do anything!
Anneke is a great coach. Not all former pros are, but she has a gift for it!

Seth riding with Anneke Beerten is totally awesome. Also if you know Anneke's back story it makes it definitely more awesome to see her shredding the expert line and coaching. She is a champion in every sense of the word.

Every time i’m home, I come visit the Railyard and churn some laps. And every time, without fail, I see someone new and make new connections. UA-cam needed this quality of video of The Railyard. Great description and visuals of the flow. This place is built so well, ive never felt a vibe so much while riding. You really know if your riding it with the right flow after just one jump. Good job everyone involved!!!!!
When you live here (NWA) you forget how awesome it is to have all of this. It’s no big deal to ride tens of miles of trails every week, often completely new or refreshed. These videos have reminded me how fortunate we are. And you haven’t even touched gravel and greenway riding, which enables many of us to safely commute to work via bike each day.

If you ride down the path behind the railyard - you get a history lesson, a cool chill loop around a very nice lake, a very nice park to enjoy lunch in and access to a super fun XC loop trail. That's for when you can't feel your arms anymore from jumping so much. Dropping this hint for anyone who may have a newbie rider with them - 😉 Great Content !

At first I thought "Wow Seth's daughter really knows how to ride". Then it turned out that the leading cyclist is an ex pro. Never mind.

Yeah, indoor facility where the Palace used to be in Auburn hills!! They can also do indoor skate park, roller hockey, indoor soccer. Then put a small food/snack place in there…..
I could only dream of something like this coming to NYC or NJ. This is such a brilliant example of civic minded land use.

Respect to everyone involved in making that place what it is, seems like such a fun spot and one of the crown jewels of that area. Hopefully more cities and towns start to take note and make these improvements for their residents. Giving people a positive outlet like this would change lives in big ways.
Awesome gem in Rogers worth the visit! Don't overlook the Lake Atlanta trails that enter below. Beautiful ride area.

I live about 2 hours from Bentonville. We go over about once a month to ride. Last trip we hit the Railyard for the first time. My friend and I were able to progress at our own pace while still riding together. I was a blast! We left the railyard and went over to Coler to ride there. That's how close these places are.
Looks amazing, if I lived in the US I'd spend time there for sure. You've done a fantastic job as showcasing this town.
Thanks Seth for be such a great advocate. I am fortunate enough to have a park like this near me (harvest fields) and it has taken my riding to the next level. Also, I love seeing young guns out biking and off their ipads more than anything. Great for the community.

People say "never meet your heroes" but a couple weeks ago my son and I got to take the jump clinic with @annekebeerten and it was truly wonderful to meet her and learn so much in the amazing clinic!!! We left town a lot better riders than when we arrived!!!

I love where I live in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, but we are always fighting to get anything done. This is something that can be done on a much smaller scale just about anywhere! I'm going to try to put together a design and idea. Thanks for the inspiration, as usual!
That place is so much fun and great exercise... I'm 46 and feel like a kid when visiting there.

Our town is going all out on public amenities this year and I mean all out! Not only one but TWO skate/bike parks. One of them is the largest park on the east coast. The other park they gave an existing park a makeover and it came out awesome! To top it all off they built a disc golf course, an ice skating rink and a pickleball court. I'll be buying a PK Ripper dirt jump bike and hitting the new park in the spring. This place on the video looks incredible!!

Makes me stoked about the future! We've already watched professional trail building become part of tourism plans all around the world, and I think what Bentonville is doing is the next logical step in that movement.

there's even more stuff off to the side. particularly a set of drops that get bigger and bigger. the best way to get comfortable with that kinda stuff is to progress up one drop at a time. super confidence inspiring and a hell of a rush!

as someone who scooters, i really really want something like this by me because skateparks can get really dull. ive ridden the jump park in knoxville a good bit and its so much fun but theres not one nearby where i live now.

That place is an excellent model for other small towns. Proof is in the pump!!!
Nice coverage, the rail yard is great. Hopefully you stumbled on what I consider the best jump line in all of Bentonville. In the woods there is a 4 jump line loop that can be sessioned for hours.
