Dad Seth might actually be the coolest version of seth we've ever seen on his channel! I absolutely love the new take on videos lately. really focused on paying it forward, making bikes accessible to all, and giving the youth a place to find that love for 2 wheels we all share. Great work Seth, keep on keeping on!!
We stopped here on our Bentonville trip. We thought "we'll ride for awhile and head back to Bentonville".. 9 hours later we were done riding! Such an incredible spot for all skill levels. Looking forward to our next visit.
Man I'm so jealous of what Arkansas is doing. That all looks amazing. Everything around me is blown out natural trails, that smooth flow stuff looks incredible.
lol, while I fully agree, tbf he was talking to one of the best female MTB racers around, so I think it was just context, compared to 99% of riders, he is def an expert.
@@lincolnpatchett7364 Hell, Seth shreds the expert lines at whistler. The only black I hit there was a practice area for tables (which I solidly cased) and a drop battery (where I opted out of the biggest drop)
When you live here (NWA) you forget how awesome it is to have all of this. It’s no big deal to ride tens of miles of trails every week, often completely new or refreshed. These videos have reminded me how fortunate we are. And you haven’t even touched gravel and greenway riding, which enables many of us to safely commute to work via bike each day.
UA-cam needed this quality of video of The Railyard. Great description and visuals of the flow. This place is built so well, ive never felt a vibe so much while riding. You really know if your riding it with the right flow after just one jump. Good job everyone involved!!!!!
Seth, as someone who both lives in Northwest Arkansas and also works for Velosolutions, I appreciate you so much for sharing this spot with the world. Every time i’m home, I come visit the Railyard and churn some laps. And every time, without fail, I see someone new and make new connections. Would’ve loved to have been home to catch you when you were checking it out, but that’s just the way the world works it seems. Shred on dude🤘
Seth riding with Anneke Beerten is totally awesome. Also if you know Anneke's back story it makes it definitely more awesome to see her shredding the expert line and coaching. She is a champion in every sense of the word. Seth, you're doing the biking community a great service. All your videos are fun and entertaining and just make you want to ride more.
If you ride down the path behind the railyard - you get a history lesson, a cool chill loop around a very nice lake, a very nice park to enjoy lunch in and access to a super fun XC loop trail. That's for when you can't feel your arms anymore from jumping so much. Dropping this hint for anyone who may have a newbie rider with them - 😉 Great Content !
In 1984 I remember spending a few weeks at my grandparents in Arkansas. I brought my MTB and people were literally stopping me in the streets and asking me what I was riding. It was like I was riding a spaceship or something... Times have definitely changed.
I don't think that I had ever seen a MTB in '84! MTBs have been way too commonplace for a while now. I'm building a bitchin klunker (as in the old DIY precursor to the MTB)!!! 'Mostly vintage parts, except I am gonna put some suspension forks on it.🤙🏼
What a fun day riding!! Can't wait to have yo back in Bentoville and show you some more sweet places we have in Bentonville... and shred some more bikes! 🤘🚀
I never had an inclination to visit Arkansas, that is not until watching your most recent series of videos. Bentonville should consider making you an honorary Mayor.
Respect to everyone involved in making that place what it is, seems like such a fun spot and one of the crown jewels of that area. Hopefully more cities and towns start to take note and make these improvements for their residents. Giving people a positive outlet like this would change lives in big ways.
Thanks Seth for be such a great advocate. I am fortunate enough to have a park like this near me (harvest fields) and it has taken my riding to the next level. Also, I love seeing young guns out biking and off their ipads more than anything. Great for the community.
Hearing someone with your colleague's level achievement saying she was intimidating by something is so encouraging. Years and years of MTB and by the standards of this park, I'd still only be comfortable on the beginner stuff.
Yeah, indoor facility where the Palace used to be in Auburn hills!! They can also do indoor skate park, roller hockey, indoor soccer. Then put a small food/snack place in there…..
Taking already good content creation to another level Seth! Congratulations! All the best to you and yours this holiday season and in the New Year to come! Gratefully, Dennis
People say "never meet your heroes" but a couple weeks ago my son and I got to take the jump clinic with @annekebeerten and it was truly wonderful to meet her and learn so much in the amazing clinic!!! We left town a lot better riders than when we arrived!!!
Seth, this Arkansas video series is one of the best ever! Well done! Bentonville and the surrounding towns have gotten right! You were the perfect guy to show this region off. Thanks for this series!
I live about 2 hours from Bentonville. We go over about once a month to ride. Last trip we hit the Railyard for the first time. My friend and I were able to progress at our own pace while still riding together. I was a blast! We left the railyard and went over to Coler to ride there. That's how close these places are.
Makes me stoked about the future! We've already watched professional trail building become part of tourism plans all around the world, and I think what Bentonville is doing is the next logical step in that movement.
Wow. That place is amazing. So wish i had something like that in MN. 😢. Maybe some day. Thanks for introducing us to anaka. Thanks for sharing this with us.
You’re doing great work my friend. These videos are so inspiring for how we can better shape our public spaces so people can have fun while staying fit.
Hi Seth. My name is Patrick I am from South Africa. I look up to the American people for creating parks like this. Our own government cares just about their own pocket and not the youth, our local municipalities have so much land here it is so sad that our children board and then resource to drugs and alcohol. You are an inspiration to all of us who ride MTB in South Africa.
I appreciate your videos, man. They are entertaining but also inspirational for me and my family to get out there and play. Now I want to travel to Bentonville
Our town is going all out on public amenities this year and I mean all out! Not only one but TWO skate/bike parks. One of them is the largest park on the east coast. The other park they gave an existing park a makeover and it came out awesome! To top it all off they built a disc golf course, an ice skating rink and a pickleball court. I'll be buying a PK Ripper dirt jump bike and hitting the new park in the spring. This place on the video looks incredible!!
This year was my first time checking out this place, and it is awesome! I chickened out on the expert line, but I hope to clear all the jumps, and drops on my next visit.
there's even more stuff off to the side. particularly a set of drops that get bigger and bigger. the best way to get comfortable with that kinda stuff is to progress up one drop at a time. super confidence inspiring and a hell of a rush!
I’m from the home town of Steve smith and they built something just like this in memory of him, so many little ones riding around and having fun and a full jump park for more experience riders it’s really sweet and would cool to check out of you’re ever in Canada

Fathers be cool yo. It changes a man.
Seth is a really good ambassador to MTBs. I think it was a great idea showing women and children on bikes at bike parks.
❤ this channel
Wish I had a place like this locally
I wish I had a place like that in my country at all

Sometimes I forget how good of a rider Seth is, place looks so sick!
Defo expert level...
He makes some insane jumps look super easy on camera, dude knows how to ride for sure.
Seth: I don’t consider myself an expert.
Seth, also, proceeds to shred the expert line. 🤘🏽🔥
I think he forgets that everything in his backyard is like a double black or red due to shear jankiness, so he's honed his skills 😂
If Seth isn’t an expert then I still ride with training wheels on a balance bike
lol, while I fully agree, tbf he was talking to one of the best female MTB racers around, so I think it was just context, compared to 99% of riders, he is def an expert.

The dude builds the sketchiest stuff in his backyard that PNW riders would not consider hitting. If Seth can survive that, then he can do anything!

Of all the cool mtb stuff on UA-cam, yours has got to be the only one who's content I always watch man. Constantly sharing the buzz. So cool man 👏✌🏼

That seems like a good idea. You are getting a lot of good response in the comment section here, and I threw in a subscription for your channel.
It means a lot to me to see women and girls represented in mtb videos. Thank you!
🧡
At first I thought "Wow Seth's daughter really knows how to ride". Then it turned out that the leading cyclist is an ex pro. Never mind.
It means a lot to see men in this as well, because we are all equal.
It means a lot to me to see the aliens/space beings involved as well. It's not all that commonly known yet, but they love to shred too!!!

We need more kids and women on bikes like this! This is truly progressive and great for everyone kind of park
My son spent his 15th birthday riding at railyard - the joy on his face that day was priceless
Anneke's energy is just so contagious 😊
Thank you 😊
I could watch Anneke all day. She makes it look so easy.

I could only dream of something like this coming to NYC or NJ. This is such a brilliant example of civic minded land use.
Anneke is the best!!!!
🧡
Awesome gem in Rogers worth the visit! Don't overlook the Lake Atlanta trails that enter below. Beautiful ride area.
That, is ideal for lunchtime & post work laps.
How cool....
The metro Detroit area here in Michigan definitely needs something like this, with our falls and winters. Good stuff. Looks fun.
100%. The closest thing i can think of is the indoor bike park in Cleveland i think.
Yeah, indoor facility where the Palace used to be in Auburn hills!! They can also do indoor skate park, roller hockey, indoor soccer. Then put a small food/snack place in there…..
The amount of energy and determination you have in producing all this high quality video is astounding 🎉❤

A well designed jump park like this. Has 90% of what ski hill park riding has to offer.
And is so much more accessible to the public ❤
We as Dutch people like to riding bikes but Anneke is on a whole different level.

I love how much these middle america towns love cycling. some of this stuff you can not even find in the most cycle-able cities in europe.
You are my inspiration for biking I live in Australia though

The Bentonville area looks absolutely epic - we need more of this in the U.K. !

I wish we had something like this nearby in the UK. 👍
This is a superb movie. Amazing.
Congrats on the 1 million
