Great video but you seem to downplay what is happening. CycleDrag is a bit of a gaslighter but in fairness he did show the Indian tent was empty in that video. You have to define what the DEI program looks like. At Harley-Davidson I think it is very concerning the things Robby Starbuck exposed. White male diversity classes, supporting the Equality Act which allows men in women bathrooms and sports, dropping white suppliers, transgender story time for children, one of the largest supporters of Pride organizations in Milwaukee, hiring because of race or sexual preferences not qualifications and the list goes on. Now moving Milwaukee powerplant jobs to Thailand for bikes sold in the US. Do you want a Milwaukee 8 made in Thailand, not me? The CEO didn't jump to Harley-Davidson he was hired by their board of directors so they support his agenda.
Almost all companies are doing it. Harley is just playing the game. I have just returned from my summer vacation in the RV and I visited nine different states in the west northwest and part of the Midwest. I live in Texas as well. I visited Harley dealers in each state, at least two or three picked up shirts whatever that were cool. Nowhere did I see evidence of Harley Davidson going woke. They know who their customer base is. Sure they are trying to attract more young riders as a demographic is aging keep in mind. The number of female riders is increasing dramatically.
I’m glad I traded my Harley for an Indian. And no, Indian is not woke like Harley is couple days ago. Indian removed their DEI wording on their website, which to me is a big step in the right direction. I don’t see Harley doing that in fact Harley just announced that they’re gonna be manufacturing bikes in Thailand. my opinion is you can stick your head in the sand and make believe that this is not reality but in reality if you choose to stay with Harley then yes you are supporting a woke company and you might as well join the community yourselves.

Polaris, the parent company to Indian Motorcycle, happens to be on Ethisphere's "Worlds Most Ethical Companies" list and to even be considered, the organization needs to, among other things, provide evidence of DEI initiatives. Simply stated, anyone that sold their H-D for an Indian because of their politics bought a motorcycle with the same social values as H-D. This boycott is a joke and will likely have no impact to H-D ...just like the Anheuser-Busch boycott last year because of the Dylan Mullaney debacle. Most recently, the beverage company reported profits of over $32 billion.

We need to remember Harley is a global company and unfortunately the cost of manufacturing here in the US has gotten out of control. So companies have to look to locations that are more cost effective. Compare this to how people move from high taxed states to less taxed states. Sad but it’s the reality of the world.
