Hi, I just found out about your channel, and I absolutely love your dishes. Creative dishes and really beautiful plating! Can you make a video about your thought process when you think of a dish, and also how you think of how to plate your food? Thank you!
Hi Freddy, thank you so much for joining the channel and for your compliments-much appreciated! ❤ Hearing feedback like yours truly motivates me to keep creating this content. If I keep receiving feedback like yours about this kind of content, I’ll definitely keep doing it! In the meanwhile let me tell you. Almost all of my recipes are rooted in Italian traditions. I've been cooking these dishes for years and constantly researching and following many chefs for inspiration, which helps expand my knowledge and creativity. When I replicate a classic recipe, I always add my own touch, drawing on seasonal ingredients or what I already have on hand. I enjoy experimenting with ingredients, being flexible and adaptable, often experimantinf recipes many times over. I also invest a lot of time researching and studying online to discover and compare different dishes. I start by visualizing and sketching the ideas before bringing them to life. Lately, I've found that kitchen tools, like the plating ring, spark even more creativity, helping me think of new ways to enhance each dish. Ultimately, continuous practice, curiosity, and study are the most powerful ingredients for growth in the kitchen. I hope I provided some clarity. Please, let me know if you have other questions😊

You are right 😂 normally I add it and with tuna is a very nice match. So, I really invite to use the Parmesan in this recipe.
