Ofra has been and continues to be a major influence on me spiritually, since I first heard her over 35 years ago. She never fails to call me back to my true self with her voice and her message, be it secular or spiritual. When I listen to her music, I know who I am, and always have been. I first heard this song a few days ago, having previously been unaware of it. Her voice and spirit have some kind of power, even from beyond the grave, to move our souls. I make this vow: one day I will stand at her grave and recite Kaddish, and thank her for all she has meant to me.

ofrahazasongs, I think its a truth, she had have a period for a while after the sudden fame in the Euro festival when she was quiet. Than she came out with an album where each of her song was so sad, it was so painful to listen to her, sometimes its felt as she was crying and can not finish the long, long songs...that was one of those songs.
... (so, they cut it on radio than)... as her soul was crying. I thought than: that is may be is what they call a depression. The girl was so depressed she will not be for a long in between us. ThAn she mourned her soul, her life, as she felt her future fate... amazing!
