I totally like day in the life videos. I think it's because it gives an interesting perspective on typical things that aren't necessarily my typical things if that makes sense 😊. As we get older it becomes harder to shed weight as our metabolism drops unfortunately. Thanks for sharing have a great day.

As a general guideline, you can expect to gain between 11½ and 16 kilograms during pregnancy. I don't think 18kg is that terrible, don't get too stressed out about pouncing back right away, healthy weight loss is key ;)
I gained 18kg too! I'm now under my pre birth weight 4.5 months PP HOWEVER this is mostly muscle loss vs. increased fat. Don't put pressure on yourself to lose, your body needs to repair. ❤

I’m due in April 2024 - would love to see a video of your every day baby/new mom items (i.e. what baby monitor did you show in your video?) you decided to go with… over the years, you’ve totally influenced me in many of my designer bag purchases… I trust your taste and purchase choices lol (and we are so lost with what to buy!) thank you!

Awww Baby C is absolutely adorable! Both of my boys were happy sleepers around this age but around the 4 month mark….let me just say sleep regression is real and I wish I knew about it back then lol. You look beautiful mama ❤

Don’t worry with weight. The hormones take time to adjust itself. Give yourself a year and the weight will come down naturally. It happened to me that way. I had 2 children. Btw, you are still beautiful as a new mother. It just takes time to lose those water and excess fat.

So true. Having 2 kids, for me, it took me about 1 year to fully recover to my original body. And I, too, did eat a lot of seaweed soup after birth 😅
