Day 8 of a 30 Day Redesign Challenge - Culprit: Fortive

This is day 8 of 30 days redesigning a company's website, marketing collateral, social media card, etc.
I was recently laid off from working at The Wall Street Journal as their Principal UX/UI Designer, Design Manager, and I haven't found another job yet. I have filled out hundreds of applications, received a few interviews, but nothing has come to fruition yet.
So I decided to challenge myself and redesign a company's website, marketing collateral, social media card, etc., but not just any company, a company who has rejected my application. So anyone that has said no we don't want to hire you I will be redesigning something of theirs.
