I just wanted to tell you that I passed my Associate exam thanks to you ! Watching your videos gave me several 'A-Ha' moments, and without your explanations, it would have been much more difficult for me to pass.
You would have to open a case with Trailhead, I do know that they are doing some work on the Kryton site and forcing some updates, so that could be your issue.
@@TheDarKnightAdmin Passed the exam! If I may ask, what do you think my next steps should be? Do the admin certification or try applying for jobs now? Thanks!
Hi i am from Non IT background. Currently working in business opetstions job. I want to switch into IT. Is Salesforce is right choice. Is iy hard to learn, is coding knowledge is must? Pls guide me.
I know plenty of people who come from non IT backgrounds and do very well in Salesforce. You don't need to know how to code to be an admin but it does help. I would head over to trailhead to learn more. trailhead.salesforce.com/
This is an entry level Cert, if you are applying for an entry level job, this cert may push you ahead of the line in the candidate pool. If you are looking for a more advanced position I would expect you to have experience and the associated certifications.

@@muhammadsaadbangash1137 I would focus on trying to get experience. Certs are only half the battle when looking for a job.

For the most part it will be content you know, you may just want to review the salesforce community aspects.
The screen is split in half :(
Sorry about that, it's only for the first few mins, hopefully, the rest of the content is usable.
