@@TerrysTidbits to be hones, I crammed for the test, so I was not surprise I failed, but my weakest area was productivity and collaboration, the workflow/process automation
Stay with it and hopefully the videos will be helpful.

would you make a price book for a group of people that get a discounted offer on products? or add a discount calculator field of sorts?
Interesting question and sorry for the delayed reply. I'd likely do a new price book IF all the products are discounted.

Yes, I do plan on doing an updated PAB study group this year. I'm working though some things at the moment but hope to get this going sometime during 2nd qtr this year.

Hi Terry, thank you for your valuable contents!! I have a question- If a company's fiscal year begins on February 1st and contains the 12 Gregorian months, do I need to enable custom fiscal years?
no you dont
@gdr88 is correct; you do not need a custom fiscal year for that.
