      @@DrJeffreyOGuinSaintLouis sir i have incorrect walking gait and when i stand entire weight concentrate on heel only (no toes) hence calcaneal bone pain with insertional Achilles tendononitis or retocalcaneal bursitis i have taken 20 sessions in 1 year from 3 different physiotherapist when i stop physiotherapy pain come back, please suggest me some exercise for that.
      I am obese type 2 daily walking 40meter maximum. Sedentary life style. Please help me.

    I have pain right in the centre (looking at a diagram I’d say sacrum). Super sharp and localized when bending forward, and if I lay on my stomach with any sort of arch, when I get up it’s extremely painful. Do you agree Sacrum, and are these the exercises for me?

    I've watched many SI Joint videos. This video was meant for me! I have been doing two of these exercises everyday last week, and my pain has decreased significantly and I am way more flexible and have increased my range of motion. I can do way more pilates moves without having to keep modifying them. I wish I found this video years ago! Thank you for sharing!!!

    Any exercise for SI that is for people with a bad back. No way I could do that second exercise….. and I have a bad Si joint dysfunction

    sir 1 month back i feel a pop sound while performing deadlift but feel no pain till date but little bit stiffnes sometime
    so when i go fr a x ray report doc said my few ligaments broken
    so should i workout now???

    I am having severe back problem and probably SI joint problem. Whenever I get pain, my spine becomes curved on contralateral side and Hip gets elevated. I will not be in a position to walk with body tilting on. the ipsilateral side. Suggest me some good exercise.
