The push/pull first exercise shown here helped me immediately!! I’ve been in pain for 2+ weeks and saw my chiropractor for an adjustment without much relief. This exercise helped relieve my pain immediately. I did it 4-5x a day on day 1 and on day 2 I did it 3x and I’m virtually pain free by end of day 2! Thank you for this video!!

I watched another video that provided the same exercise, but it suggested doing it ONLY on the side that is in pain. Say, for me, it's my right side, do I still continue doing the exercise on both sides or just my right side? I want to make sure I do the exercise right to make the issue worse

It helped me so much! I have buttock pain for 6 months after a fall and now I know I have unstable SI joint. I skipped the first one because I did tried but it doesn't help. I did the rest 3 times for the first day, and another 2 times 1 time each night for 2 nights. Then I don't have a problem standing or sitting anymore! My muscle pain are all gone, and the stretch pain when I squat is also getting better
Video went right into the exercises, great, anyone that looks at this clip has looked at many others, and they have already seen the bones, piriformis muscles, and discs.
My husband was in agony recently with severe muscle spasms and pain in his SI area. He said the pain was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. We thankfully found this video, and he did the 3 exercises with almost immediate relief. After repeating them a couple more times that day his pain was significantly reduced, and he could move almost normally. These exercises are amazing, and we’re so grateful!! Thank you!

He's not exaggerating. I've had my fair share of pain to include a 4" knife gash all the way through my abdominal wall (lost 14" of my large intestines) and the Si was nearly on par with that. When mine hit I fell to the floor and cried it was so bad.
How is he now? Mine was a month ago and it's down to a 1, sometimes a 2 if I move alot. Doing exercises to strengthen the entire area front and back. They say weak muscles is what causes it.
Love it. Very concise without a silly,time consuming content.

I am writing this because of many people are not able to find out there real cause of back pain that's why they keep doing exercises which are not targerting their actual problem,so first of all plz findout the real problem with your body or back pain and then only start doing exercises. In my case also i have been doing wrong exercise for a year with no results and then somehow i reached to this video after which i felt 😍 amazing relief in back pain and stiffness.....so very thankful to this video

I'm a skeptic because i tried so many things but I'll be honest if i don't feel result immediately i get discouraged, after 2 years of pain i found this video and had instants relief. Thank you, Dr. Oliver. These exercises actually work and my hips and back are starting to ease up for the first time in over a year. I've been to three different doctors and all I was offered was Naproxen. I went to a PT and still wasn't given much help. You have made all the difference, thank you.

Pressing my knees lightly into the foam roller eventually brings pain in my lower back. I know my Si joint is source of some of the pain I am experiencing. But, I have MRI imaging that has shown a herniated discs between my L4aL5- S1. I am going to continue to use the band to do the one exercise. Thank you.

Dr. David Oliver so I am doing the stretching because I have sciatic nerve pain and so as I am doing them . I feel a burn like if I had a heating pack on my lower back right about spot it feels weird but I'm going to keep on

Great Video!! Thanks :) Quick question regarding unstable SI joints: How do exercises that focus on muscular toning... correct instability due to laxity in the ligaments?
I was involved in a 6 car accident 3 years ago ( no broken bones thank God but have cervical and thoracic herniated disc) Had physical therapy for 4 months . Pain gradually resolved . I went back to work no longer able to work inpatient. Outpatient is much better for my overall health but I have noticed since now we are working from home 50% of the time and the rest of the time in clinic my lower back and pelvis aches all the time .
I have to say these exercises help a lot
And I’ve started Pilates
I just want to get back to me without me pain
Should I go to chiropractor or continue with exercise
This new SI pain has developed April 2020

I laid around too much and have this I do a strict routine daily for pelvic floor lower abs hips with ankle weights leg lifts you need to strengthen !
