    You are the best. Thanks for getting back to me, one of my English speaking students figured it out for me. All is good.

    It only defaults to 4 packages for off line use so you don't need internet or data. However, this is limited, and it not all 38 languages. Mostly Chinese to X language. Therefore, you have to purchase a data plan at the end of the year. Their are other translators that have live time data. It looked fine until I discovered this. I will return mine. I need ENG-Thai, ENG-Vietnam, ENG - Cambodia, and this does not exist. So, if your traveling asia for a long period of time and your data expires or you don't have access to data then this is useless.

    perhaps you can do offline and online for the same language to compare accuracy and speed.

    Great early offering. Will probably get much better as AI gets more integrated.
    Ordered one to check out. I know 4 languages, but not well enough to speak them comfortably to stangers

    Is it suitable for seniors? Loud enough? Does offline-Translation work independently from screen state?

    Thanks so much for your product video. To my question, hope you can help me out. I have been using my Mini T1 for two days. I don't blame my student, however, He haned it back to me and the language was changed. I can no longer understand the language it is now showing on the screen. Is there a factory reset? Help!!!

      I've looked at the T1's manual on the Internet. Nothing about a reset, but there is a "reboot" option: hold the power button for twenty seconds.

    If you’re talking to one person like you and your dad can you hook up Bluetooth headphones? So you do not have to hear it speak out loud

      Nope, that's not possible with this device. There is the WT2 that might be more what you're looking for, here's my review: ua-cam.com/video/YcW--woQXKc/v-deo.htmlsi=CcV8xRb0d2n8-Xbg

    How would you use this device as a 'stepping stone' to actually learning the language conversationally?

    • @foXnoMad
      @foXnoMad  Рік тому

      It's a great aide in conversation but not really designed to teach you a language, if that makes sense.

      Could probably use it to practice some of the more common phrases
