Ahsoka wanted to see what she wanted to see. I am sure there was a small part of her that was screaming that her master fell to the dark side or had been involved in the events leading up to the formation of the galactic empire but since she was so close to Anakin, she dismissed those possibilities and settled for him dying. Dying a hero rather than living long enough to become the villain of your new story is far worse. The sadness and heart break was clear when in Rebel, Ahsoka finally found the truth and then confronted her former master.
Ahsoka isnt stupid. She know that anakin is not like a normal jedi and i am sure that she know that he switches but not in a dramaticaly way like she find it out many years later that this monster is really her master.
@@Ravenclaw022 I never said she was stupid. How many times have we accepted a much more satisfying possibility than a hard one? Ahsoka is no Jedi and is a strong person but she is not a robot. im so sad they made such a good story with ahsoka and anakin, and had very little power to push it forward because the future events have already been written and filmed. Luke story and skywalker bloodline and all of that is cool, but it lacks emotional bond anakin and ahsoka had
The best part of the SW Skywalker storyline is Anakin and Ahsoka's relationship. They truly loved each other as siblings, trained together, grew together and fought together. Remember when she fought Vader? He was able to bring out some Anakin in him since he called her by her name, not "The padawan/Anakin's student" or something. Tragic enough that I could cry which not many stuff makes me cry.
Whatever it takes. I demand that we have a series detailing the final days of Ahsoka and that in such series. Anakin's force Ghost teaches her how to become a force Ghost.
It's interesting how she sensed the light in chaos almost like how Anakin at that time was storming the temple and struggling with his dark deeds which would explain the light in chaos and how later she sensed Vader when searching for Anakin only to have the confirmation on Lothal. Many years later
It was so sad for me to watch the last season of the Clone Wars knowing what would happen. I love Ahsoka, Obi-Wan, and Anakin. They were the best trio ever.
Anakin’s signature radically changed in the Force when he fell to the Dark Side. He was still there but not in a form she could recognize. That’s how I’ve thought of this after the information from first six Clone Wars seasons, Rebels and the Ahsoka Novel. Clone Wars Season 7 sealed my thoughts on this in the final episode.
I find it annoying that Ahsoka, who spent years of her life with Anakin and had a close sibling bond with him, couldn’t bring him back to the light, but Luke, who didn’t even meet his father until he was like 19 and spent most of his time fighting Anakin/Vader was able to bring him back. At this point Ahsoka > Luke.
Luke would also remind Vader of the person he was before he turned, also reminding himself of all the suffering that he'd been through that he knew Luke was also going through. This probably brought his humanity back in the end, even though the two never had met each other as father and son there was still an unbreakable bond between them.
It makes sense that Luke would be the only one to bring Anakin back. I believe Filoni even commented that Ashoka represents his failures when he was Anakin. Luke is innocent from all that, he's one of the last links to Padme. He's the child of the woman he loved, his wife.
Hopefully anakin does visit ahsoka as a force ghost while ahsoka is still helping others throughout the galaxy and like anakins son Luke is forming the new Jedi order with her friends helping her by her side
The best part about Ashoka not being a Jedi is her ability to acknowledge the loss of her master. The fact that she can emote how deeply hurtful his turn is for her is something that I felt always made Obi Wan weak.
I kinda wish The Clone Wars would ve all canon so they could change the story to a point where Ahsoka would redeem Anakin in stead of Luke. What takes all the responsibility of what happened is the Jedi Order, a "VIP snob idiots club" with Mace Windu as president, who were the ones who pushed a great Jedi into that... with their nonsense rules and regulations: history tells how mastering all emotions makes a force sensitive being whole and powerful, but forbidding some "negative" ones made Anakin torn between the force and his feelings and their nonsense.
Yoda learn this last
Kenobi started to learn this on the last day he stayed in Mandalore, sadly... and when he took the life of Maul, something which had to be done but also something that changed things to worse as Maul's existence could have been favorable to the galaxy and the balance of the force... Palpatine made sure that never happen.
Shame only cartoons, books and UA-cam channels use the canon timeline correctly... shame on the SJW movies
Only skyguy will be and me padme amidala lord vader
