Way to let her act like a spoiled child so long with no consequences..... she didn't have to like you, but your husband didn't even demand basic respect. He let this go so long that at this point is gonna be a choice between op and the daughter.
At the daughters age, I'd be filing a police report so there's a paper trail.... maybe even filing full on charges especially after the food poisoning incident. Psych is trying to kill you at this point.

It's the father's and the therapist's fault they failed to explain to the girl that her father needs a romantic partner in his life and it's actually good for her in the future as she won't feel guilty when she gets married and leaves her father for a romantic partner and won't be alone and miserable. And she actually should be grateful that the new wife is actually kind and wants to be friends with her, not a crazy b who manipulates the father and does awful things to the step daughter when nobody's around. If she was told from the very beginning that it's not her decision to make whether her father will have a romantic partner or not and she can accept it and try to cooperate or spend her life trying to find the inevitable. A lot of children and parents can't understand they can't replace the role of a significant other and no matter how hard they try and how strong their love and bond is their parent/child will feel the need to have a romantic relationship and they aren't able to fulfill this role.. The father was too lenient, and the therapist should've suggested individual therapy for the daughter. After 6 months to a year of the new relationship they should've set boundaries and not wait for years for her to to accept it.

You were a big part of this problem from the very beginning you knew what was happening you saw what was happening you commented on it but you still stayed. If it was me I just said hey I like you but not worth it and I don’t left, which is what you should’ve done also

The dad should have spoken to his daughter whether she is comfortable with him dating another woman. That could have avoided most of the problems. What the daughter did is cruel and unacceptable, still we cannot blame her for not wanting another woman in a mother figure. Single parents should communicate their dating life with their children otherwise it can lead to problems like these.
