Thank you for such valuable information. I wake up at 4 in the morning. But I don't know should I eat before working out or after working out?

Hi Zeeba, it's best to eat after your workout.

What time do you go to sleep? I'm going to try it tomorrow morning. You should drink water with lime after washing your face and brushing your teeth in the morning.

To give myself 2 hours in the morning, I'd have to get up at 3 am. Is that okay?

Should we oil the body after the shower or before?

@@AyurvedaCollege Thank you so much for answering :) , one more question please, I read that warm shower after oiling is better to activate skin pitta and process the oil better, but this part is so confusing, if you can shed some light on this I would be grateful (I do lean toward your answer, but I am trying to understand the reasoning behind the skin pitta thing)

@@MohamedWaheedAtef Namaste Mohamed, the way it's usually done, is oiling then heat; thus the oil then shower. But it's ok to do it the other way around especially if youre too dry and want to ensure the oil doesnt get stripped away with the shower. I hope this helped!

@@Ayurvedabylina Namaste Lina, it sure did help :) I am grateful for your reply 🙏🏼. I am vata-pitta and I like to have some oil left, but I just got a portable steam box to try proper svedana, and also for proper purvakarma for my panchakarma, I will try now to oil then heat and see how it goes 😃
