I started DWD from Jan 2024. I was 95kg then and by April my weight came down to 84kg. In addition to this workout I completely cut down sugar and carbohydrate. Included more proteins and veggies into my diet. Then later for some reason I lost track of my routine and gained back 4kgs. Today I am restarting this routine. My ideal weight is 64. Thanks deepti didi ..i have almost lost 9kgs since may n i have been following u since aug..may i followed zumba dance other youtube channel..i was 64 that time now im 55 ..i only did for 1 n hlf mnth ..den sep oct 2months break ate all my listed food but with intermittent fasting..now again started from today its 55 still n keeping a target for losing 2-3kgs more with reducing more lower body fat ..thank u deepti didi..today after long break i completed this video ..after 18min i was tired but kept myself motivating
this is actually my third day , furst second day i was not able tpo complete full exercise for 30 min but today i have completed the full 30 min i am really so happy with the improvement . I hope i will loose my weight soon. I am 18 years old , I lost my mother a year ago after that i gained weight and i am 64 kg now, i dont know how i gained so much weight without overeating . but i hope i will be fit soon

I’m a teenager.. I started doing this in July when I was 76kg. I needed to lose my weight and I was searching for some sort of exercises, but then I saw ur aerobic routine and started to follow continuously for 3 months and later when I checked my weight in September 15, It was 72 kg.. Really from years I was stuck in 76 -78 kg.. But literally after following this and coming to a change was just like a dream come true.. Mam please upload some more floor and standing workouts. Actually iam a mother of two kids. After my second c- section I faced the problem of belly. For flat belly I tried so many exercises. But I couldn't get any result. But your standing and floor workout showed an Unbelivable effect. I loss 2 inches of belly with in one month. My streess levels are in controlled now. I could not believe those words before trying ur workouts. They are amazing. Literally iam edicted ur workouts Tq so much mam

hi deepthi mam....im from sri lanka...im very happy with this zumba.. im 33 yrs of age. And unfortunately i got to know that i have fat leaver...im busy with office works..no sweating at all..bcz AC rooms. daily i travel by bus at about 105km to office..i leave at home early morning about 4.30 am...and im come home at about 9.00pm.. so even i dont have time to do exercise. bcz my kid is awaiting for me...today i see this video. so i tried it...sweater lot... so i hope to reduce and cure my fat lever...definitely il tell my results future . please if you could do zumba for fat leaver patients....for 1 hour duration...its my humble request ....lvu and thanks ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Doctor told me also that I have fatty lever..so I do this zumba.. any workout that help us in weight loose is good for fatty lever.. spot running.. skipping.. zumba.. etc.. and don't eat junk, oily bad sweet things.. in some time only u will be fine

I'm starting this aerobic routine from today 5th September and I'm 77 kg now. Will update my weight results after every 1 month, Will not follow any particular diet, only homemade food that cook on daily basis.❤ Let's burnout our extra fats.😊 Update after : 2 weeks - I didn't find any significant changes in my weight but feeling little bit reduction in my face fat. Hopefully we will loose weight too.

I'm just getting back into working out and can't survive a 20 minute HIIT work out yet so I was looking for something less intense and this was perfect. I started getting tried around the 15 mark, and was sort of ready to quit around 20 minutes but I barreled through and then in no time it said it was the last song! Feel really proud that I made it all the way through! Thanks for this vid!

Lots and lots of love and thanks to you. I have been not able to restart my workout schedule after a personal trauma I went through. The workouts I used to do was too boring for me just because I wasn’t feeling motivated. This is completely new to me. Dancing along Bollywood songs that too my favourites. I just finished it without stopping in between like I always do. Thanks again. I hope I can get into my workout routine this time. Life is horrible if we don’t workout.

Hello Deepti, greetings from down under. I have been following your amazing workouts for more than 2 months now. I haven't lost weight, but I haven't gained either. Your workouts give me energy to go on with my busy day. I try to do them daily. Thank you so much for these videos. I am not good with dancing, but I can follow your workouts very well. I feel good at the end after having done those routines.

I’ve been doing this workout for 2.5 months on and off with balanced diet except for weekends and special occasions u can’t avoid or wouldn’t want to avoid like Christmas, New year, birthdays and I feel really proud to acknowledge that I’ve successfully lost 7 kgs 🥰😎 I can’t thank you enough deepti mam for your vibes ❤ trust me this is coming from someone who doesn’t move so it’s huge @dancewithdeepti😅😂 Btw I need to lose more so I’ll keep you guys posted 🥰😇 and best wishes for all of us who are trying hard ❤

This one is definitely more intense than your other 30 min workouts, I could do the others in one go but for this one I had to take 2 pauses

im 33 yrs of age. And unfortunately i got to know that i have fat leaver...im busy with office works..no sweating at all..bcz AC rooms.
daily i travel by bus at about 105km to office..i leave at home early morning about 4.30 am...and im come home at about 9.00pm..
so even i dont have time to do exercise. bcz my kid is awaiting for me...today i see this video. so i tried it...sweater lot...
so i hope to reduce and cure my fat lever...definitely il tell my results future .
please if you could do zumba for fat leaver patients....for 1 hour duration...its my humble request ....lvu and thanks ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Doctor told me also that I have fatty lever..so I do this zumba.. any workout that help us in weight loose is good for fatty lever.. spot running.. skipping.. zumba.. etc.. and don't eat junk, oily bad sweet things.. in some time only u will be fine

2 weeks - I didn't find any significant changes in my weight but feeling little bit reduction in my face fat. Hopefully we will loose weight too.

I'm just getting back into working out and can't survive a 20 minute HIIT work out yet so I was looking for something less intense and this was perfect. I started getting tried around the 15 mark, and was sort of ready to quit around 20 minutes but I barreled through and then in no time it said it was the last song! Feel really proud that I made it all the way through! Thanks for this vid!

Lots and lots of love and thanks to you. I have been not able to restart my workout schedule after a personal trauma I went through. The workouts I used to do was too boring for me just because I wasn’t feeling motivated. This is completely new to me. Dancing along Bollywood songs that too my favourites. I just finished it without stopping in between like I always do. Thanks again. I hope I can get into my workout routine this time. Life is horrible if we don’t workout.
