I second this, the icons mean nothing to me when a sandwich can be a starter or an entree, I feel like alphabetized and you can skip to the letter of the meal would honestly be faster with how many options there are, but search would be best by far

Sheila - If you can craft the "Ancient Cooking Machine", it can cook multiples of any recipe for you, while you do other things...good luck! 🤞

The Star Path sounds pretty interesting but I'm not gonna lie, I had my fingers crossed for more Halloween/Autumn stuff.
It's coming next update after this one
the next one is probably Nightmare before Christmas, so it'll cover both at once. Likely why they skipped it, to avoid two Halloween themes right after each other

i think it comes with end of oct. maybe nov. because on their content road map there is a pic of the sally costume from nightmare before christmas and it says "late 2024" I think maybe there comes a nightmare before christmas game pass again like last year because its halloween and christmas movie in one

I'm quite disappointed with the star path. I get them maybe not wanting to do another spooky/halloween one but something like day of the dead would have still been on theme and more interesting IMO.
And theres plenty of Coco stuff they could have added for that. And I'd have liked to see Mirabel in a Day of the Dead dream style.

I was kind of hoping we would have a Halloween theme to the starpath but honestly I'm not mad about the theme of the starpath. Even with the lack of Halloween it sounds like it will be a fun one. Hey if I can't have Lounge Fly bags in real life atleast I can have some in game.

The roadmap looks like Sally is coming in the next update after Timon and Pumba
I think they're releasing Sally at Christmas time, as the road map alluded to late fall/ early winter
Why not give us Autumn inspired items? Like autumn trees with falling leaves? Or piles of Autumn leaves. We need yellow and orange trees too.
The rock star path is pretty underwhelming tbh. The hairstyles and the Jungle outfit are pretty hideous. I've loved every star path until now.

Idk if you remember the survey they did a long time ago, but they had people vote on potential new duos to add. I'll be honest I didn't like any of the options but these two were the best. iirc the other options were Bo Peep and Rex or Lumiere and Cogsworth. I wasn't really interested so I was hoping that the devs would pay attention to other answers.

@HopAndLockDropSoppityPop like I said, Timon and Pumbaa were the best two there imo. This was also just before it launched so idk when we could see another one. A lot of players also asked for a Beast Dreamstyle and some different Star Path themes.
At least I can save moonstones on this starpath and won't be running around trying to get everything done. Not a big fan of Timon and Pumba either, but whatever.
Hopefully Sally gets her own starpath to fix this because this is disappointing.

This is so cool! I’m excited about the Star Path. I wanted some Halloween items, too, especially since this is my first Halloween playing the game. BUT I still love the punk rock vibes.

I'm very disappointed that there's no autumn and Halloween-themed items. We have the Forgotten Lands, which you would assume would get regularly updated items to decorate it with. It would be awesome to have more than one fall tree. I'm hoping that since there's no fall items in the Star Path, you'll at least add some things we can craft. I can't believe that in two years you haven't added some yellow, orange and red trees, tiough. I love the pink but that's really for spring. And the fact that you didn't even address it in the video after 99% of players complained is telling.
That's it?!?!? Inwas REALLY hoping for a blank biome. They were not kidding when they said it would be small. I wish there would have been more quality improvements. It was small because we were supposed to get quality of life improvements, and all we got was a couple? EEEK.....I feel like a lot of people are going to be highly disappointed that we don't celebrate Halloween with all these new players 😕
These are the major ones they told us about, but they will probably add more. Plus helping people with crashes probably has more priority, lol
Hard agree on the biome. Especially if they're gonna be adding new giant decor that you probably can't even interact with.

I'm probably a loner in this, though I could care less for Timon and Pumba. Wasn't too crazy about them back in the day and still am not.
Also was wanting more Halloween themed stuff. Maybe it'll be alongside like the marshmallows were recently?
Definitely not a loner. I could also care less about any Lion King stuff. The hyena cave, Scar's cave, and that cooking stove are all cool but would happily trade for ANY Golden, Silver, or Bronze era Disney.
I'm not a lion king fan so I don't care. I'm glad other people are happy but I really was hoping for fall items.

Honestly, they told us the update would be minimal. I am already happy we are getting new chars, quests, and a starpath. I would've 💯 understood if they didn't do that.
People need to be happy with what they are getting tbh, the Quality of life improvements and dev improvements look insanely good and what we've been asking for...
Adding a search bar for villagers would be amazing so you don’t have to chase them down with your cursor to click on them for the pathfinder
Come on.. this is great.... But where is more fall/Halloween.. you guys have a ton of stuff to choose from all the parks every year..like mickey in his pumpkin costume...and you give us this.. Devs.. we look forward to this every year.. and now you don't even give us one.. even a fall themed one would have been nice.. since we don't have much in our valleys as of yet..but nope.. who ever thought of bringing this rock and roll theme festival should have been given the look of NO..
Personally, I'm not looking forward to this next update. Disappointed with the Star Path, really wanted Halloween items. I've been wondering, though, if we are getting Sally from Nightmare Before Christmas after this update, could it be possible that with that StarPath we'll maybe get a mixture of Halloween items and Christmas items, it would make sense.

Star Path is pretty meh, to be honest. Feel like we're missing the mark here... it's autumn but a jungle getaway? It's Halloween but a rock music themed star path? I'm sure some people will like it... I am not one of those people. 🤷♀
I'll be honest. The theme for this Starpath is strange and bizzare, it feels more like an update that would be in the summer, not fall. However, this star path has not only cool items, but the theme is so open ; there could be a spooky rock stage, it could be summer or a winter rock set. I'm dissapointed we may not be getting direct spooky stuff or day of the dead decor in the star path, but honestly. It just needs a little bit of creativity to turn a standard stage to a spooky one if the player wants it to be spooky.
It still is a very good update, but the expectation of Halloween stuff in October, only to not get a starpath for it will throw the majority off.

Reminds me of the movie Disney's Descendants for the clothing looks. Maybe this is where they got some of the styles from. Either way, love the star path, plus we will be getting a new pet, so that is fun. Looking forward to Timon and Pumba as well.

I'm so glad that Timon and Pumbaa are finally coming! Hakuna Matata! Besides, the meerkat and warthog are two of my favorite Disney characters.

Gameloft, don't get me wrong, I am very appreciative of you giving us a free update, but completely ignoring the people like myself who were lookng forward to Halloween/fall/spooky stuff is ridiculous! I know for a FACT if you skipped Christmas stuff in the game, your players have been so upset!! The rock stuff is cool but I feel like it has nothing to do with this time of year AT ALL. I completely missed the first Halloween Star Path and I know there are some players who missed both Halloween Star paths who are huge fans of Halloween and would love more spooky stuff!! I am very excited and grateful for Pumbaa and Timon to come to the Valley but I am begging you, please, please, please put in some spooky stuff for us!!! I have put so much money and hours into the game and I love decorating with a spooky vibe. I cant be the only one!!! This is the only Star Path that I feel really let down by.
The game is so incredible and I know you guys usually listen to the fans and are pretty quick to fix problems or glitches in the game. I do also love that you are adding Lounge Fly bags to the game. That is a cool idea. But please, please, please consider adding some Halloween and spooky stuff to the game this year!!!!! I am very appreciative of everything you and your team have done for us fans with the game.
So since its all about something audible and being able to at least hear music and not just look at the instruments: playable instruments and singing LET’S GO!🎉 If not yes a music festival is fun but its fun because people get to hear the music. It'd be pretty boring if it was just staring at instruments not being used for a few days. I mean since I have such a history with music in my family and I love it as much as I do, I'll definitely get as many as I can but if they're not gonna be interactable I can’t in good conscience justify this over a Halloween theme. I like being able to stick up for you guys but seeing as how cool the Halloween town stuff is I can totally understand why people aren’t thrilled. Especially since you can do a 'music festival (minus the music probably, unless you hopefully prove me wrong 🙏)' any time of the year. And if it was more jungle-themed it would at least make sense with the new update but as it stands it could be better and I wish I could be more excited about this...sorry guys.
There's a lot of visually appealing themes you could go with. Like Tiana's Star Path: New Orleans and yes they have quite the history with music but her movie themes somewhat make up for it since it didn't 'promise' anything with the music aspect. But this one is just a mystery to me. I mean you guys know the limits of the game, chose themes that can completely work with the game's capabilities. We'll understand if you have to sit some ideas out because the game wouldn't be able to do the idea justice.
Yes! I was hoping they would eventually collaborate with Loungefly!! & as much as I love the rock show items, they should have really waited until after Halloween & put it in a November update or something. I was kinda hoping for more spooky items for my realm or at least more Hocus Pocus stuff. 🥺

Definitely a throwback to the 80s. This will be the first star path that I either don't do or don't finish. Depending what else is in the star path . I do want to say Thank You for bringing back the villain star path in the premium shop for new players

Im excited! I love the loungefly collab!! BUT there is one duty I never got to complete and it's the Halloween mask thing so I'd love to be able to finally complete that one day.
***One major thing I would love to see is a schedule change for some of the critters!! I have been playing the game since the beginning and there are a few critters I still dont have because they only appear at odd hours and I have a full time job and am either at work or sleeping for work during those.***
