Brienne's face after being knighted had to be the sweetest smile I've ever seen. That scene was magical. I literally cried bro lol
Yes. She was finally being accepted for exactly what she was, by the one person whose acceptance meant the most of her. So many riveting character arcs are coming together right now.
@@elcarto22 I know bro, it was so touching
I’m saving my tears for when she dies😰
I was too afraid that everyone was going to die right afterwords
Everyone in that room witnessed history as brienne became the first woman to become a knight. And everyone in that room came from all walks of life with tormund the free folk, podric a simple squire , sir Davos the former smuggler, Tyrion from the wealthy Lannisters, and of course knighted by Jamie the legendary kingslayer.
In my opinion Jamie Lannister has the greatest arch in the entire show, thinking about where he came from to where he is now. What a journey they’ve all been on
-What does an Eric eat anyways?
-Whatever he wants!
I'm dead 😂😂😂
that got me too hahahahhaha
Shane’s dead serious face sells it to me, lol
@lo l 1:36
Same, I love eric
best cross over skit, so unexpected lmfao
I just realized Brienne of Tarth was knighted in Winterfell with half of Ned Stark's sword while wielding the other half.
yey,that sooo dope
"She's like 15"
She's actually 18 in the series, and Maisie is already 22 xD
We all had to do are googles though
I don’t care what anyone says Arya is still baby girl. She can kill anyone she wants but no sex scenes dammit!!
@@isaiahbutler I have a daughter too, Isaiah - and know the feeling! She's now 27, and a blues singer in Nashville... should I be worried?
Richard Barber dude you should be scared out of your mind. Good luck!
@@elcarto22 no dont worry man I'm sure plenty of men are taking AMAZING care of her, perhaps even a few at the same time! :)

Gendrya Fans: *watching this episode* HECK YEAH!
arya is 18 at this point of show (actress maisie is 22) but this scene was for me wierd. its like watching your sister grow up and end up watching her have sex with her boyfriend :D
@@alibabapirce9782 I totally get that. XD I always wanted them to end up together but I always thought it was wishful thinking. I wanted them to kiss at least but when they started getting it on I was like; "Wow. This escalated quickly. I didn't see that one coming! Wait! I'm not prepared." But let's think of it this way... yes it's weird because we've seen her grow up on this show but then again it's their possibly 'final hours' to be together. They wanted to make the most of it.
well maisie is thic and i didnt expected to see her nude tbh. also they can easly kill gendry now. they wont need more weapons now and they can say after this episode arya is pregnant :)
@@alibabapirce9782 Depends on how old you were when first watching the show, I guess. I was like 14 or 15 and Maisie is the same age as me, so there was absolutely nothing weird about it to me. Might also help that I have a celebrity crush on her :D
Or rather:
I've got a pussy
You have a dick
So, what's the problem
Let's do it quick
So take me now before it's too late
Life's too short so I can't wait
Brienne: "I don't even want to be a knight."
Podrick: "Pfft, quit bullsh*tting."
blackpariah I thought she was going to denied it and give it to pod
You guys know the next episode is 82 minutes long right?. That's 82 minutes without ad breaks or recap. Ep 4 is 78 minutes and the last two are both 80 minutes. It looks like the next episode starts with the battle, credits are less than 2 minutes. That's an hour and twenty minutes of battle. Longest battle in TV or cinema history is what HBO claimed. I don't care if the battle is over the next episode.
It also took over 11 weeks to make and in that 11 weeks 55 nights to film. This is why the two led up episodes were slow. So they can kill everybody
Emily Lewis Also the cast and crew nicknamed it “the long night” ironically enough due to the 11 week night shoots they did
Yeah, we're gonna be exhausted well before the next episode is over an' we won't even be the ones fighting in the damn thing..
@@gluuuuue Isn't that the truth. I'm lucky I live alone cause I will be running around the whole episode.
I doubt the battle will last the entire episode. Probably around 30 minutes or so.
Maisie is 22, Arya is 18, Gendry is 23
Age isn't the problem. Legal age is different in different countries. Westeros is another universe for that matter. People find it weird because, Arya is a character that people have watched grow up since she was like 11 or something. Many people, especially men, consider her like a little sister or daughter like figure. That's why this scene was so weird.
People are weirded out by this, when both are adults? But all the violence and rape are fine?
Need to get your priorities in check.
@@J_Tevo People are weirded out because it was so callous and cold that... I don't want to call it rape, but still she used him.
@@maverickassasin1514 exactly, my defensive big brother instincts got activated.
Wait if Sansa was 14 when she married Tyrion how much time has passed to make Arya 18?
In this episode Arya's 18, Sansa's 20, Brandon's 17, and Jon's 24 years old.
*Maisie's 22, Sophie's 23, Issac's 20, and Kit's 32 years of age in real life
What about dany
@@AJYT690 Daenerys is 22 in episode 8x02.
@@charmedoriginal5923 aren't jon and dany the same age? Just the months difference
If Jon is 24 then so is Daenerys. Remember she was born before the battle at the tower of Joy. So she is probably 1 to 3 months older than Jon.
@@benjaminmagnes2710 Jon was born first, and after 6-7 months Dany.

First episode was establishing setting and getting interactions out of the way. This episode was about humanity sharing its possible final moments together. As Sam and Bran mentioned "Memory is what makes us humans and not animals." This episode is those perhaps final memories playing out.
that was a westworld nod 3 years too late, since westworld was supposed to carry the HBO Carry torch
Tormund's way of making audiences laugh reminds me of Drax from Guardians Of The Galaxy.

Until they make the spinoff series, anyways.
there are so many good shows current/ancient, better than peaky blinders and expanse/avatar, and these aren't exactly GOT famous but they did it anyways(didn't finish pb?)
Lol Suraj is sailing that Arya and Gendry ship proudly

same here 😔👊
Lol RIGHT? XD =DD
thank god he did
I feel Helm's Deep vibes! And that scene when Podrick sings reminds me a little of Pippin singing in Gondor.
Yeah, Helm's Deep going to be the measuring stick for at least the next episode. Curious to see if they can actually top that masterpiece in all honesty.
@@ArtWithSR They won't top Chimes at Midnight, but they'll top The Two Towers.
MR Del del agreed.....I got the same Helm’s Deep vibes as well

I'd love to see Lyanna Mormont talk with Cersei. That would be a hoot.
Lena headey's wig isn't strong enough to hold on to her head on camera from how strongly lyanna will snatch it
DougMcHead Cersei would not stand a chance.
Would be fun seeing cersei getting owned by a little girl. Seeing jorah get that verbal smackdown was fucking great tho
Lyanna Mormont is the most powerful character in the entire show. She's the Kingmaker. And I think she will end up on the Iron Throne.

This skit was probably my favourite you guys have ever done, well done normies would love to see a dual reaction from you guys if either of you are ever in the same area :)
The scene between Theon and Sansa was important because Dany was there and saw it.
And the reaction of Sansa to Theon and Theon to Sansa.
the blind wave and normies crossover is too legit

They used ROBERT's theme for ERIC , NAILED IT!!!!!
That's because show used it in 8x01 and this skit is a parody to this episode.
@@user-bx6rc6vf3q Also Eric really loves Robert Baratheon and is one of his favorite character.
It is the King's theme, not only Robert's
@@undarkwin Yeah , but I want this theme to be used once at least once on Gendry , maybe next episode when Gendry makes a stand taking down multiple wights and walkers with his new hammer , this theme or a variation of it plays as Gendry takes a stand in the Winterfell fight.
Loved that theme
Anyone else loved the Sansa Theon scene ?
It made no sense to me.
@@Nemophilist850 lol why. They are literally connected by the most traumatic experience in they're lives
@@nikai0713 Theon is responsible for the Bolton's having Winterfell in the first place, and by extension her brother's murder. He also stood and watched while she was raped on her wedding night. The fact that he helped her escape shouldn't even come close to making up for what he's done to her and her family. He should be one of the last faces on Earth that she'd want to see.
Am I the only one searching every reaction video to this episode just to see their reaction to Arya/Gendry?
Nah I'm doing it too

But they aren't married. It is this this bad.
@@llothar68 Are you really bringing marriage between a lady and a bastard, into this fantasy world?

Arya put that boy to sleep
Lmao
He got knocked da fak out.
Also Maester Luwin told Theon in Season 2 there were secret passages leading outside Winterfell and told Theon he could escape if he wanted to (but Theon refused). Not sure if the writers remember that but it would be cool if it came into play
Or that’s how the white walkers get in?!?
Remember Arya running through the halls in the trailor as well as the new intro specifically showing hidden passages going into the crypt...
Episode 3 is going full clench.
Im counting on that!
Had a breakdown after the episode cuz I realized most of them are gonna die :(
Arya is 18 in the show HBO confirmed it and Maisie is 22
That skit is a top normie quality.
That’s why I love you guys
Them crypts are coming back to life yo, listen to that song again...
best skit ever, the crossover I never knew I needed. When Eric entered through the door I literally screeched
Shipping Brienne and Tormund means not caring whatsoever about what Brienne wants. It's downright cruel.
She aint having it. Shes clearly in love with Jaime and he was definitely having intense eye contact with her, too
Ghost and the dragons are never present together in the same episode, all I want to see is Ghost looking at Jon while he rides a dragon🤣
I wanted Ghost to meet Dany
Lol they gotta keep that cgi budget in check. That’d be one expensive ass scene having a direwolf along with two dragons haha
i want ghost to meet dany and for ghost to meet the dragons
I want Ghost to ride one of the dragons.
remember when theon took winterfell and ramsay was blowing the horn the measter told theon he can run and use the hidden passage ways
She is like 18 at this point, and the actress is 22, I dont get why people are so shocked Arya has sexual interests.
I think part of the problem is that the show dose not do a good job at showing how much time has past since everything began.
@@jamesblaine5517 Possibly true, but it's clear from the ageing of the characters and the fact we have had three kings, three wars and several weddings that a good six to seven years have passed since Robert Baratheon rode to Winterfell in S1 E1. I mean, it is meant to be inspired by medieval history, they didn't exactly have consistent clocks and calendars back then!
Poeple grew up with Arya and watched her since she was a kid. It's like watching your daughter have sex. Of course its weird.
Bruh, have you seen Game of Thrones fans. 😂
So it isnt weird to see the supposed little sister figure kill hundreds of people but its freakish for her to fuck someone?
The song Podrick sings and plays at the credits is "Jenny's song", it's about Jenny of Oldstones, a commoner (though she claimed to be descendant of First Men's kings of the Riverlands) whom Daenerys uncle, Duncan Targeryen (great uncle in the books, they skipped a generation in the show) fell in law with and married, giving up on his claim for the Iron Throne and on title of Prince of Dragonstone, giving them to his brother, which in the show apparenlty was Aerys II, Daenerys father (in the books it was Jahaerys, Danerys grandfather). Curious that this song is now being brought up...
I’m so glad we’re not having a real Long Night. It’s hard enough to see this show in the daylight lol
It just dawned on me that Theon is an Unsullied soldier made in Westeros
Jenny of Oldstones, never thought I would hear that name in the show.
I don't understand how anyone can say this episode was boring or slow. It was necessary. I feel like people would be complaining if it moved too fast. I'm so pleasantly surprised that season 8 has started with strong character moments that mean something.
Exactly. This episode was totally character driven. GoT is not just battles and gory stuff..its also politics and character developments.
Pods song is about a prince named Duncan who gave up the Iron Throne for Jenny the woman he loved so maybe thats hinting to how Jon and Danny will end up
Both your channels fail. Lmao. That's my favorite skit so far. Epic

that moment when Pat is the one having morality issue with a "nudity scene"
That skit lmfao. I didn’t realize what was going on till he was hanging from that pole and once it hit me that he was the umber boy I fell out 🤣😂
I’m really liking how you’ve split these into two.
Still haven't had one conversation with Sansa.
Guaranteed to live until this happens ;)
Why do you keep saying why is Gilly at Winterfell? She arrived with Sam at the end of season 7
Tormund's first time interacting with the Lannister Bros was comedy gold. "We're all going to die. [looks at Brienne]. But at least we'll die together." 🤣
The montage is so sad since most of them will die... The last time they will be together.
hahaha
Maester Luwin said to Theon back in season 2 that there is a secret passage, in the crypts i think. If the battle of winterfell is lost (which is more likely to happen dramatically) then they may escape through the secret passage, unless D&D ignore that part of the series like they did to many other plots or parts.
but at least in the books, they say it's super easy to get lost and does anyone even know where thy would take them? I remember there was one that supposedly takes you beyond the wall.
That skit was hilarious please post the bloopers.
That skit was so brilliant guys!! Loved it
I hope Cersei keeps drinking, and gives birth to a dwarf that kills her at birth. Justice!
And then she begs Tyrion pretend it's his bastard, to protect it from Dany. The cycle continues 😄
House Normies and House Blindwave join forces side by side against the Long Night.
Greatest 2019 moment of all time. ☺
The battle is confirmed indeed to be about 45 minutes long which is as much as LOTR the two towers
That opening skit was beautiful!
High in the halls of the kings who are gone, Jenny would dance with her ghosts...
It was such a great episode, really don’t appreciate when people just want it to get to the battle and rush everything 🙄🙄 why am I not surprised.

Arya and Gendry
That intro was gold! I love both Normies and Blind Wave!
When all is said and done..... This will definitely be one of those episodes that I will go back to and watch over and over again. No one holds back anything. All secrets are revealed and everyone just accepts that this could be the end of days. They just want that last bit of camaraderie before the long night and it's beautiful.....
Marvel: MCU will be the biggest crossover in history.
The Normies x Blind Wave: Hold my camera
I don't know what people are talking about. On the last night Gendry was with No One.
I loved this episode. I really did. So HYPED for next episode. Great reaction, guys! Keep em coming!! 😎
This episode reminds me of why I fell in love with Game of Thrones. It's all about the characters. I could watch these guys sit around and gab all day. The thing that cracks me up is that so many people during season 7 were like "this is moving to fast. it feels very rushed." and now I'm hearing complaints about these first two episode like "god, when are we going to get to some action?" People are funny.
King Eric Baratheon coming in with the King's theme! Ours is the fury!
The dude in the Patriots t-shirt tries his best to ruin these reactions. You can tell the others actually enjoy the story and characters whereas he just wants every scene to be someone getting killed. Gets tedious listening to it.
So annoying!
i really dislike him
he is funny as hell
I think hell would be distinctly unfunny

Eric would make a great Robert Baratheon.
Sansa and Theon might make sense. Remember first season when all Sansa wanted to do was marry a prince, have his children and live as a lady, imagine instead she ends up marrying Theon who cannot have children because of ermmm....
He's like a brother to him, and marriage around the memories of Ramsey will fail
A cross over I never knew I needed so bad

It was a little frustrating tbh
what y’all think about this theory? i really need to talk about that lol
When the army of the undead line up for the battle of Winterfell, the Night King and his zombie dragon will not be there.
Instead he will already be near to his next target... King's Landing.
If you play out what the battle of Winterfell would be like in your head if the NK+Viserion would be there... it would be easy for Drogon/Rhaegal to take out the zombie dragon; it's 2v1 and Wight's all can be killed by fire.. including
Viserion. It would not be difficult to simply fly up to Viserion and breathe fire on him, and that would be that.
THE NIGHT KING IS NOT STUPID, not enough to kamikaze his most powerful asset. - If you have a superweapon that you can't use against a particular target, then you find a different target.
Most people have come to assume that the living will lose The Battle of Winterfell and fall back to Moat Cailin... I predict they actually win the battle... only to find out soon after that there is a new army of the dead much bigger and much further south... the population of King's Landing.
During season 4 while Bran is being ushered north to meet Bloodraven, he touches a wierwood and has a set of visions which we see. All of those visions have since come to pass, except the ones where he sees a destroyed throne room & a dragon shadow pass over
King's Landing. I believe the reason we are only shown a shadow was to not give away that it is actually the NK and Viserion, not Dany and her dragons. Also, the most important vision that Dany is given while at the HotU is an image of the throne room destroyed, and covered in ash or snow. I think this was to show what the NK will do, not what Dany will do.
(I believe this was the entire reason that the writers sent Bronn north. Bronn will be the source of this news to the survivors at Winterfell; on his way north he will spot the NK+Viserion heading south)
i found this theory on twitter and fits real good although that will mean they planned that up from season 4 if i’m not wrong
that outcome would be massive..
This is the greatest crossover . Awesome job guys
I love that I wasn't the only one flipping my ish when a saw GHOST!!!!!
