      Yes I believe she also hid the phone and the bullet… it was literally her story being told what and who did this and that’s part along with his first couple confession proves he was there. Yes I believe he did this alone…

    Justice was served and I am SO GRATEFUL that the jury seen through the nonsense. The internet somehow put RA in the position of the victim here and I always knew he wasn't. Always knew he was guilty. Again, thank God for letting them see the truth

    Looks like most of these reporters know nothing about Indiana courts.. They would've found him guilty for walking the bridge alone..

    • @superjaded1738
      @superjaded1738 13 днів тому

      The reporters had nothing to do with the Guilty Verdict. A jury of Richard Allen’s peers found him guilty of this brutal double homicide. Mr Allen would be in a different boat if he had chosen to stay alone on the bridge

    Not sure he did it, mainly because judge gull’s ruling from the start of this trial. She should’ve recused herself. She obviously was biased against defense. Her rulings dismissing his attorneys was just the beginning. The verdict may or may not be the right one, but Mr Allen did not get a fair trial. Also, the mishandling the case by the sheriff & LE is ridiculous. Just like Jobe MJ t’s case, small town LE don’t know proper investigative work. This case was messed up from the start. I’m not convinced RA did this.

    • @CountessKitten

      Makes no sense to say you are unsure of his guilt because of the judges decision. Lol. Come on. Her rulings had NOTHING to do with his guilt

    • @CountessKitten

      Also doesn't matter if you're unsure or not. The jury was obviously convinced. That's ALL that matters

      @@CountessKitten- You must not understand how trials work. The jury only sees what the judge allows them to see. And the judge absolutely is bias. This stinks to high heaven. She did literally everything she could to make this the most opaque trial and keep so much possible evidence from the jury. Even trying to limit his lawyer to get a lawyer that she could control because they would have to appear in front of her after this case was over. I’m not sure how any reasonable person can believe this was a fair trial. Does it mean he’s guilty or not, but I am amazed at the lack of objectivity, and that’s the best and politest way I can say it.

      It doesn’t matter if You’re convinced or not. A jury of Richard Allen’s Peers found him guilty of this crime. Richard Allen Is Bridge Guy. The jury of 12 saw all the evidence & heard the arguments. Mr Allen will get his Appeal. Abby & Libby don’t get to appeal. Actions have consequences

      There is no next trial- he's guilty and will serve his time. They can appeal, but that takes a long time and will most likely never result in a new trial because this one is as about as fair and unbiased as it gets.

      @@rachelhornback91- It’s ridiculous to say whatever decision the jury makes is okay with me or is right. The jury could only make the decision based on the evidence they’re given. And I don’t know whether he’s innocent or guilty, people have been railroaded before especially for politics. And the timing of this arrest stunk. But I am convinced that the judge wanted to make sure he was found guilty so she limited the evidence. And unfortunately appellate courts don’t work like most people think they do, it’s not higher courts deciding whether the judge was right or wrong. They only overrule judges in very small narrow situations when they say the judge “abused their discretion“. They give judges huge leeway. So the judge is like a miniature king or queen in that quart room. Nobody with any knowledge and ability to be objective and use a small amount of critical thinking could believe this judge was fair. That’s not how the system is supposed to work.

      Yes. I really don't feel too sorry for her at this point. She repeatedly refused to hear his confessions, telling him over and over that he didn't do what he knew he did. KA could have saved the families going through all this and having to relive all this in court by letting him talk and asking him more. She selfishly dragged them through this for years and is planning on doing it again, as she stated that while going out of court. She will not let them rest. There's no way she did not know.
