According to the prosecution the killer ( RA) had 19 min to kidnap the girls, herd them through the woods, across the creek and up the hill to the murder scene and murders them. Then, he spent 1/ 1.5 hr hanging out at the crime scene so he could be seen by other people. Then he decides to walk on the side of a road, muddy and bloody, so everyone who drove on that road, could see him including a police officer. And a witness saw him on that road at 3:50-4:00 pm. Anyone finds this ridiculous?
Yes it’s definitely ridiculous! What’s even more ridiculous is that if you do believe the state’s case, that two beautiful girls were tragically killed & not one of them made a sound…
@@theprogressiveway I don't think they proved their case either. If the judge hadn't basically prevented the defense from using their evidence I think it would be easier for the jury to come to a decision. The information I've read about Elvis Fields has been really shocking honestly. Makes you wonder what the cops were doing.
They did not search holders home . prosecutor said so . This crime and the Flora fire that killed 4 little black girls have been both been blotched by the same Le . Justice for all six .
News Nation should be ashamed of itself with Ashley trying to push a false narrative. Lindsey, he isn’t a convicted child killer…yet. People are professing the love for Justice and the need to see Justice for the two girls but not at the expense of an innocent man. And I don’t understand why, Ashley, you are trying to make the scene outside the court to be more volatile than it really is. I watch you tubers who are on scene and they are all showing how calm and peaceful it is. People are helping each other with saving places in the lines. I haven’t seen anybody yelling or screaming. And the protests are regarding the judge. Her bias was evident throughout the trial. I hope RA eventually gets a fair unbiased trial.
@ I used to listen to her, probably early on when she was still with Court TV (I think) and when she had her own show. But she fell off my radar. I now see why. I’ve lost respect for News Nation for allowing the kind of rhetoric that we see so prevalent in main stream media.

Unlikely though, I'm guessing it'll be a hung jury unfortunately. It should be a not guilty verdict but some jurors don't understand (or just don't care about) the standard of "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt".
In my opinion, given the horrible circumstances Allen was put through and remember it’s innocent until PROVEN guilty, he has said anything to stop this torment and torture continuing. People don’t really understand what psychosis means but essentially you have no idea what you’re doing or even saying. Like everyone else I want justice for those two girls but I don’t think it’s going to be achieved in Allen’s conviction, sadly. The real killer/s are still out there somewhere.

I wish I could have been around there investigating from day 1… truly believe I could have done a better job then the state😂 Sure others feel the same way. They botched this case from day 1. Richard Allen is most likely innocent & even if he isn’t there’s not enough evidence to convict him
Come on you can do journalism better than this. People are not ‘professing their love for a suspected child killer’ they are demanding an honest judicial process and for the truth of all the facts to be presented to the jury.
@ there were multiple signs, but the vast majority were not professing their love! Why not refer to the ones addressing Gull’s bias? Why not the ones that wanted justice for all involved? Why attempt to make this situation look like a fanatical farce when it was nothing like that at all? There was only one sign saying we love you Rick. One.
I thought it was strange that he didn't toss it in the creek. maybe he intended to and forgot or maybe he couldn't find it after he had put the sticks on top of the girls.
They all walked to murder site, crossed a stream, were disrobed and redressed while alive, their hands washed, murdered, and after taking their final breath, the murderers partially covered the girls with branches and then the murderer or murderers left with nobody noticing. All in 20 minutes???
@@kcwestern there are 18 minutes from libbys recording at 2.14 to the phones last movements at 2.32. Say it took 10 minutes to walk from the bridge to the location they were found, that leaves 8 minutes, 1 minute for them both to undress and 1 minute for Abby to redress, that leaves 6 minutes. 6 minutes is long enough to kill both of the girls, however the phone was found under Abby so Libby might still have been alive for a short time after that. So say it’s now 2.35, that leaves time for the killer to cover them with branches, throw some of their clothes in the creek and walk from that location to the location where the woman spotted a muddy and bloody man walking away from the bridge and towards the cps building at 4pm. The timeline is feasible.
@@April-xs9tk how isn’t it feasible? What you think while the whole town was in the woods and trails someone placed their dead bodies there? You want to believe that is more feasible than the fact they died where they were found? Abby’s blood shows she died where she was found.

Guess who introduced odinism to us all: Becky Patty Beck Patty told a trooper to look into Brad Holder because he was a practicing odinist. Brad Holder had already been cleared within weeks of the murder. Long before the murders, Brad Holder posted an image on his FB that depicted two girls posed in the same exact manner as Abby and Libby would subsequently be posed at the crime scene. Of course it would make sense that Brad holder would be a viable suspect, right? WRONG! Becky Patty had claimed that she never saw the crime scene and how the girls were dispayed. So, why would Becky Patty bring up the fact that Brad Holder was a practicing Odinist if she had never seen the crime scene? She supposedly never new how the girls were positioned or the placement of the sticks.... So, just a lucky guess that her suspect happened to have posted images long before the murders that would one day serve as a blueprint of how her granddaughter would be staged at the crimes scene. Anyone who had seen Brad Holders images prior to the murders could have framed him.... Lucky Guess, Becky? Additionally, the original Bridge Guy image looks just like Brad Holder. Brad holder wore that type of paperboy hat depicted in the first sketch. The image that the family pushed for two years.... Who provides the original sketch? Probably someone who wanted law enforcement to look at Brad Holder..... Then we have Kelsi German corresponding with the Anthony Shots account on the night that the girls went missing, creating a digital trail. In her messages with the Anthony Shots account, whomever was operating the Anthony shots account said They were supposed to meet Abby and Libby that day at the bridge but they did not show up. So, whomever that was operating the account wasn't able to get to the girls because Richard Allen got to them earlier? Lucky guess to reach out to the Anthony Shots account, Kelsi? Abby was found wearing "Libby's" outfit; a black Delphi swim hoodie and a pair of jeans. In the video taken of "Bridge Guy" yet Libby was reported missing in a pair of gray sweatpants with black lettering and a tie-dyed t-shirt. Yet according to everyone who saw the video in court, Libby, who was supposedly recording the video was not wearing a black hoodie when whomever was recording the video inadvertently recorded their own arm wearing a different color hoodie. The person recording was not wearing a black hoodie. The color of the hoodie that was being worn by the person recording was never recovered... Someone other than Libby recorded Abby on the bridge... Subsequently, after the girls death the phone was shown to have been manipulated by human hands with the auxiliary cord being plugged in and the one thing no one else was talking about, the fact that When phone calls were coming in on the device, someone manually silenced the calls after 5:45 p.m. Those facts point to the idea that someone other than Libby had control of that phone after their death, so put the pieces together and you have a situation in which someone else had that phone in their hands for the bridge recording. The night that the girls went missing Mike Patty stated that the phone was bouncing around town according to the information he had received from an officer that was pinging the phone. That played into the decision to call off the search. This evidence was planted! I've never bought the notion that whomever perpetrated this crime was so unlucky that they had their own voice, their own image and a bullet that they accidentally dropped at the crime scene. What an unfortunate perpetrator huh? Something is dirty in Delphi....
The phone "pinging all around town" , as was said, does not mean the phone was physically moving about town. It means it was being picked up by those cell towers.
What am expert? Sticks are not random, they've perpendicular over girls necks at put in some order, it took time to make these signs. Don't know what they mean or are they Runes, but it's definitely a message.
@@pburchell1952 I know nothing about tarot cards but you’re right. Somebody posed them identical to those cards. And the branches are almost identical in the way they are positioned on the bodies. Not sure what that represents, but I can reasonably say it does not point to RA.
@@christistruth705they represent the start and finish of Odin's journey to learn the magic of the runes. The Hanged Man represents sarcifice to make one worthy. Thats not what the hanging man looks like tho and libby arms are up from being dragged. The magician arms are supposed to be more sideways and up not straight up
I agree, I also seen the crime scene photos and the scene is definitely set , how can you not see those sticks have been placed on the girls on the same position, there's a H on them both , nothing has been done to hide the girls. My heart goes out to the families of the girls, knowing these photos are being being shared around, once seen they can't be unseen and no I didn't set out to see these photos, they were shared in plain sight for all to see , God rest them x
I think I'm a rarity in that, to me, the sticks were clearly arranged purposefully but i don't think it was from a bunch of odinists. One (mentally unstable man) did this. I also didn't see "antlers/horns" near Abby's head.
@kelsaries Someone posted the link. I wasn't going to, & thought that's prudent evidence. Then I saw, it very much is ritual & either for religious or a serial killers meaning only they'd understand, but it's NOT to cover or hide the bodies, as I envisioned. Actually, I've never in my life seen anything like it. That's why the judge prevented the Odinist theory.
Are you crazy?!?! This in no way, shape, or form looks randomly thrown on the girls. These were placed methodically in addition to the position of the bodies posed to replicate the magician and hanged man tarot cards.
@Hey_its_just_me_to there was no evidence to suggest so. However, multiple other suspicious characters are heavily involved in the occult or pagan practices. The ones the judge refused to let the defense present during trial. If you want real coverage on this case, watch anything other than mainstream media.
Totally agree and not buy a man who claims to have been so scared because he saw the van and needed to go out of there... Yet what he took half an hour 45 minutes to place these sticks on the girls and, they were over the big blood area as well.
I do be agree that the investigation into this horrific crime is lacking. I am not impressed with Indiana law enforcement, but I am also disappointed with the judge and her rules, the attorneys, and the psychology “experts” in this case. What a sh- show!
Exactly! But they threw out the FBI, who had all the experts and technology needed to catch the killers. The FBI supported this theory of Odinists, because it’s a fact that there are many people involved in this cult, everywhere! They were on to something, but the Indiana Police Department did not want them to solve this case themselves. Go figure 😑
@@izabela1961now you’re reaching. He has no links to Odinism whatsoever, but at least 9 other suspects do. Gull would not allow that to come in though. Maybe she’s the odinist!
Yea because prison guards murder investigations as well. I think people that think odinites do human sacrifices are just ignorant about religion they don't know about. Use to be in native American religion as well. Do you think they still do human sacrifices too? Where's the other odinite human sacrifies in the area? It's still a ridiculously absurd claim to think it even matters what anyone religion is for this case.
@ACryin_Shame you can't really compare authentic Norse religion to some cobbled american version that developed in prison, thrived in neonazi communities, and was influenced by shows like Vikings or True Detective. There is copious evidence of asatru and occult in this crime, too much to write off as coincidence.
@@jimnasium7700 no I didn't. Tell me where I did that? I didn't compare any religion, I stated that other have human sacrifices as well, and they did. So you gonna tell me where all the odinite human sacrifices is or are you still just using 2 innocent children for whatever conspiracy you wanna believe today?
The depiction of the sticks placement here is not accurate. These sticks were not randomly thrown, they most certainly weren't thrown. The sticks were deliberately placed. I do not believe in any Odinism angle, but the placement of the sticks absolutely speaks to the type of person who committed this horrible crime. And it sure wasn't some half drunk guy who got scared. Whoever did this took their time and wanted to humiliate poor Libby and shock whoever found the scene.

They needed to get experts that the prosecution was putting on the witness stand to testify, and since the prosecution did not, they didn’t either ,because these experts are expensive and Judge Gull did not want to approve them for Richard Allen’s defense, so they had to gather funds in order to bring their own experts that refuted what the state was saying.
I work with Defense Lawyers , they didn’t do that because it would have ruled him in. They also didn’t get someone to rule out his voice on Libby’s phone for the same reason.

Libby wanted to solve crimes when she grew up. Today, the jury asked to view her 'Bridge Guy' video, to solve her crime. They also asked to re-watch the 2022 interview where Rick provided long-winded rambling answers, and lied and evaded his way through the interview. Here is what they are going to see: Holeman: Where did you park? Rick: I got there at noon and I think I parked at the Mears entrance and walked on the road up to the Freedom Bridge start (after a long drawn-out rambling answer on where he may have parked here, or maybe here, or maybe here. Anyone else catch that it doesn't make sense to walk on the road to the start of the trail when you are at the trail already?) Holeman: When did you leave? Rick: I left at 1:30pm- that video shows me leaving at 1:30pm; not arriving at 1:30pm Holeman: Who did you see? Rick: I saw those girls that saw me- the one with the long brown hair (Railly) and they looked like sisters. I may have seen someone when I was at the bridge on platform 1 but I don't remember. I did not see Abby and Libby though. Holeman: What were you wearing? Rick went through an entire list of various things he may or may not have been wearing and never gave a straight answer: Blue jeans, a blue or black off-brand or real carhartt jacket, a hat, various types of shoes he could've been wearing Holeman: Is this YOU? Rick: (Verbatim) "If those girls took that picture then it wasn't me" Kathy to Rick in the interview room when Holeman stepped out: "Why did you never tell me you were at the bridge that day?" His 2022 recount deviated from his 5-day-fresh account in 2017 when he self-reported to Dan Dulin in a parking lot next to his work. Rick said in 2017: He was on the trail between 1:30pm-3:30pm. He parked at the CPS building and walked to the Freedom Bridge. While at the Freedom Bridge he saw three females. He noted one was taller and had brown or black hair (Railly). He walked from Freedom Bridge to the High Bridge. He did not see anybody, although he stated he was watching a stock ticker on his phone as he walked. He stated there were vehicles parked at the Mears entrance but he did not pay attention to them. Now let's review all the evidence that the jury has, and you tell me if it matches up To Rick's 2017 1:30pm-3:30pm time or Rick's 2022 12:00pm-1:30pm time: --Rick's Ford Focus seen on Hoosier Harvestore cam at 1:27pm traveling toward CPS where he said he parked. Walking 1000ft "with purpose", as Railly testified, would put him at Freedom Bridge entrance to trail passing Railly and Bre right around 1:35pm. --Railly and Bre saw 'Bridge Guy' as they were walking off the trail about to reach the Freedom Bridge area; their phone photo timestamp was 1:26pm when they were at bench 1, so meandering another 1300ft toward Freedom Bridge would put them at seeing 'Bridge Guy' around 1:35pm at the Freedom Bridge entrance part of trail. Rick self-reported seeing Bre and Railly there too: he described her long brown hair and that the group looked like they were sisters which they are. But before this, they had 'cleared' the entire length of the trail starting at 12:25pm when they first arrived at the trail, walking all the way down to the bridge at 12:45pm (timestamped photo which the jury has), and seeing no 'Bridge Guy' or Rick Allen, before making their way back up to bench 1 (1:26pm photo timestamp) and then seeing Rick for the first time around 1:35pm. --'Bridge Guy' walking with purpose, would take 10min to get to High Bridge platform 1, so 1:45pm. Rick Allen, walking while "looking at his stock ticker": 1:50pm --Betsy Blair's Fitbit data log timestamps have her on the Old State Road 25 loop passing under Bre and Railly on the overpass as they were walking away from the trail system at 1:46pm, despite Railly's account of that time being 2:15pm (a good example of fallible recollection vs infallible digital footprint). --Harvestore cam has Blair driving toward the Mears entrance at 1:47pm. --Blair walks down to the Bridge barrier and sees 'Bridge Guy', who is Rick Allen, at 1:53pm and turns around. This is minutes before the kidnapping. She guesstimated/testified this distance to be 50 feet, but the actual distance is over 100ft (more fallible witness recollection that doesn't matter when you have the timestamps) --Abby and Libby dropped off at Mears entrance and Kelsi's car seen on Harvestore cam at 1:49pm. --Just a few minutes after seeing Rick and turning around, Blair sees Abby and Libby walking toward High Bridge as Blair walked her way up to the other end of the trail and back to her car. Rick never once reported seeing Abby/Libby because, obviously, that would implicate him. --2:13pm is when Libby's "down the hill" video started. The timestamps prove Allen's self-report in 2017 of being there that day from "1:30pm-3:30pm" and that his car was arriving to the CPS parking lot when seen on Harvest Store cam. His 2016 Ford Focus is the only registered Focus in Carroll County and the investigators were able to distinguish his add-on-option rims that made for a unique identification. The timestamps disprove his story that changed in 2022 telling investigators that he was there from noon to 1:30pm, that he parked at Mears entrance, and implying that Harvestore cam caught him leaving at 1:30pm instead of arriving at 1:30pm. He also said he walked up the road to the Freedom Bridge entrance to start his trail walk, despite Harvestore cam not capturing him walking. Ask yourself which timeline of events would be more accurate; the one he told 5 days fresh-after the murders in 2017, or his 2022 recount that conveniently removes him from the area and time when the kidnapping and murders occurred. We also know he lied about having his phone with him and looking at his stock ticker; the cellphone tower geofence data picked up all witness phones on the trail that day, and Rick's was the only one absent. Do you really think there was a Bridge Guy doppelganger walking the trails...that no witnesses saw when they were 'patrolling' and 'clearing' the trail from 12:25pm until 2:14pm when they saw Rick Allen for the first time, making his way down to the bridge, where Betsy Blair saw him minutes before the abduction. Is the jury going to catch Rick's lies in 2022 when he tried to convince police that he wasn't there between 1:30pm and 3:30pm as he originally self-reported 5 days fresh-after the murders, and seeing the witnesses- who saw him- MINUS Abby and Libby. Instead his story changed 5 years later in this 2022 interview they watched today, when he knew the jig was up and changed his story to "I was there from noon to 1:30pm" which conveniently removes him from being there when the crime happened. And why do you think he never told his wife for 5 years that he was there that day? It is the timestamp-timeline that is 100% important here; not the fallibility of people's descriptions/recollections. You are focusing on the wrong thing if you wish to believe fallible witness recollection over infallible digital timestamped timeline. This is not just a 'story' the prosecution is making up; it is confirmation of everyone's whereabouts, independent from remembering correctly or lying. I personally think the defense did a great job being scummy and tricking/confusing the jury. I also think the prosecution did not do the best they could have. The jury has all the pieces, but defense has flipped some of those pieces upside down so they look like they won't fit properly. If the jury takes their time to put this puzzle together (including going back and reviewing evidence like today), it should no doubt be a guilty verdict. Rick Allen Is Locked In As Bridge Guy!
There is no way one person killed the beautiful girls. I think it was more than 1 person because of the time line. Remember RA went to the police and said he was on the bridge that day. If he killed them it doesn’t make sense.
Look at the men with power in that little town…compare one of them with the “bridge guy”. Those girls weren’t their first sacrifices…supposed “accidents”. People screamed for help but…no help came 😢
It's RA. There's no doubt in my mind. I just hope the jury comes to the same conclusion. He was off work that day, he knows the trails and bridge like the back of his hand. He lives and works in Delphi. The details he gave in his multiple confessions. And he was trying to tell his wife and mom what he did, but they would always hang up or make him stop talking. He asked them, "Will you still love me?" That's not something an innocent man says.
The guy in the van did give a different story to the feds, which confused me. No one remembers the van sighting, so there is nothing new if we have been following the case.
Two virgins ,throats cut as they are leaned back ,thus rhe blood so high on that tree. Two virgins killed without being violated. One virgins hands are washed clean and reclothed. Indication that the one with massive wounds left unwashed and unclothed was not virgin.
To answer the last question. Because hes innocent. Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together, knows this was done by more than one person. He just became the patsy, because the keystone cops bungled from the start. And why did they send the FBI away? And why is it that 2 cops investigating the odin side ended up dead? Why did the originally judge suddenly quit? Because this man tried to help and told them what he saw when he was there he is the killer? No wonder no one wants to help the cops. Why would he admit he was there, if he was really the killer? Just stupid. Then his confessions come after he went mental after seeing the big box of discovery he was delivered to his cell. Can you imagine for one second if you were innocent and had to look at all these horrifying pictures of dead children and autopy you would not be traumatized and go mental. I would. The his crime junky physic nurse who was feeling him info from all the crime sites she joined. She should have been fired. He told his lawyers guards with odin patches and tats, threatened his family. But that very corrupt judge would not allow any of that in. There is more evidence against other individuals, one who confessed, than there is for RA. They could not even rule out the other guns looked at. Zero Proof RA did this. Not a scrap.
So Kegan Kline who asked them to meet him at the bridge that day and Ron Logan who looked just like Bridge Guy and owned the property they were found on had nothing to do with it? 🤯
Two things can be true at the same time.....inexperienced crime scene investigators and brain dead law enforcement officials that totally flubbed this investigation, And he did this, he has been mentally unstable all his life, he is a self-admitted sex/porn addict, he was on the trail, he fits the physical description, he knows young girls are always on the trail so it was a prime spot to target for what he wanted to do, he knows that trail, he knows its a prime target area. imho
The sticks look like sigils strategically placed on the girls. I get this strong feeling that they have the wrong guy. I don't know why. Maybe Mr. Allen had accomplices? He didn't act alone. But I just have the feeling that the guilty person(s) are walking free. And perhaps the guilty know the families. But I could be wrong. The whole case is weird, especially a botched case. Has anyone noticed that the Sherrif sounds just like the bridge guy? Regardless, unnecessary tragedy nonetheless. The biggest question is, WHY? I hope Abby & Libby get their justice. 💗💗💗
It can't be a coincidence that their bodies are posed like the Hanged Man and the Magician from the tarot. Both originated as depictions of Odin before and after receiving the magic of runes. I'm thinking whoever the real killer is, they intended this. And RA doesn't seem the type to be obsessed with the occult, otherwise law enforcement would have found evidence and used that against him.
They aren’t posed like the hanged man and the magician from the tarot. There are clear differences. Abby was dragged hence her arm being outstretched above her head. It’s also the left arm whereas the magician is the right arm, she’s also not holding anything in her hand like the magician is. Abby’s arms are resting on her body as opposed to under it like the hanged man and she is not upside down like the hanged man. They really aren’t as similar as people are desperately trying to make out.
Omg if the goal was to hide the bodies then the first thing you cover is the face. Secondly there was a lot of leaves on the ground and that would have been much easier to throw on the girls to cover them

Has everyone forget, for YEARS, the man (I think it was Brad Webber) told police he DIDN'T go straight home in a van after work. He said told police, he was driving a DIFFERENT vehicle (not a van!) and went to his second job. He did NOT go home! He told police he was fixing an atm when the girls were murdered. That was his alibi. Then suddenly after telling that to police, more than once after 7 years, he suddenly changed his story in August and said he went straight home from work and wasn't driving his other vehicle, as he originally, he changed it and said he was driving a van. When questioned in court about why he changed his timeline, he immediately became angry and was yelling. Either way, he lied either the first time when talking to investigators or he lied in court. Unreliable witness since he proved he lied. If this man was indeed, driving a van AND went straight home after work, he LIED to the police for YEARS! Because he initially told police for years, he was not driving a van that day, nor did he go gome straight from work. Then he suddenly changed his story in August. Unreliable witness who cant keep his stories/lies straight.
Well your video title is worrisome… how do you know the jury is divided? How do you know it’s the crime scene that divided them, if in fact, they are even divided? Do you have knowledge of what’s going on behind closed doors with this jury, because that would be illegal. Hmmmm😉
I’m SO split and divided internally about this case. While I cannot be certain he’s guilty or innocent… I can be absolute certain that I’m thankful I’m not on this jury. What a task! They do seem to be pouring over this case, the evidence presented on both sides, and reviewing everything brought about.. I do believe it’s an honest and genuine panel of jurors giving this the time and examination it needs. Whatever they decide.. I’m confident they came to that decision fairly. I think the best option just might be a hung jury, for once. Im usually against this but this is one of those cases that may benefit from such a thing. That way it leaves everything open in case more ever comes in. I doubt the judge allows for a hung jury in this case, though. It’s high-profile and one where a verdict is highly sought. I’m sure she’d allow days and days of deliberations before calling for a hung jury. But we’ll see.
My heart has literally gone out to him this whole time!! I feel like he is a scapegoat and that’s not cool!! I would want something else linking it specially to him!!
Because his being at the same location at the same time wearing the same clothes isn’t enough. Also his phone from that time being the only phone not to be found out of his collection of multiple phones. Also his multiple confessions. Also him saying he killed them with a box cutter and a box cutter was found at his house and an expert testifying their wounds could have been made by a box cutter. Also his car matching the description of the car spotted at the cps building. But your heart goes out to him? He killed them.
I would like to know if police talked to other kids their age. Kids always know more than adults on what they are doing. Also, I would like to know the opinions or theories of kids their age- they have a different perspective and their deductive minds are diluted with adult thinking. Adults often think linear and can’t see outside the box.
In this part of Indiana, there is an aggressive fungus that is killing off trees early, and shedding limbs and sticks that leaves plenty of debris all over.
I dont think the sticks on the side have any meaning at all, theyre just meant to keep the sticks propped up across the neck area. my opinion of course. They were both cut on the neck and both had sticks propped perfectly across their necks almost to "hide" the wounds in a way. But of course none of this really matters when it comes to finding Richard Allen guilty or not. People are getting lost in the little details and not looking at the important ones The 3 girls saw bridge guy walk by them. They saw the photo of bridge guy and said that was the man they saw. Richard Allen said he saw 3 girls and walked by them at the exact same time. GUILTY! He confirmed he was bridge guy IMO he confessed without confessing when he said he saw those 3 same girls.
He never said he saw the group of 4 girls and they never said he saw them. Since he was leaving through the Mears Farm entrance, the three girls he saw could have easily been Abby, Libby, and Kelsi arriving. Regardless, none of the eyewitnesses described or identified Allen when they described Bridge Guy
@@jimnasium7700 Richard Allen did say he saw 3 juvenile females at the trails and the 3 girls said they walked past a man wearing clothes similar to the clothes Richard Allen said he was wearing that day.
@jimnasium7700 Kelsi was driving an automobile; doubtful Allen passed her on the trail. Odd, though, that Allen didn't notice, or didn't recall, walking past LG & AW (nor a man dressed similar to himself) on the north end of the MHB as he was exiting the bridge, making his way to the bench, where he stopped for a spell, before continuing on to his car that parked near the Freedom Bridge, and leaving the trail/park.
@chuckleberryfinn1992 I agree. It's odd. He described three girls, not four. And the four girls didn't describe him. I think it's more important to remember that the trails were busy that day. There were far more eyewitnesses than were called at trial. And the Click report showed that there were dozens of other trail visitors, some teenaged, that the police never interviewed as part of the investigation. School was out for the day and there were at least three campout parties the night before in those woods. When you add in the families of the people who live off the trails, there are just too many variables to presume that the group of girls he encountered were the same ones that testified.
Love these armchair jury, YOU weren't in the courtroom nor were cameras allowed. The guy was there exactly when the girls were killed AND he is the guy on Libby's camera (two coincidences, being there and getting your pics taken?) That phone stopped working AFTER his photo was taken. I don't believe in coincidences, especially during a murder. The jury has spoken and the defense had their day in court. I hope the families and friends find some peace after this conviction.
They mean love and support. I can’t imagine being accused of a terrible crime, and nobody believes I don’t have it in me to do such thing, but then psychosis kicked in, and choices made under that mental state can be detrimental, and self destructing, because you are not in your right mind.
Does anybody not remember them saying Richard Allen’s previous lawyers leaking the photos to the public that’s why they resigned . Am I the only one that remembers that?
They did not leak the photos, and they were coerced into resigning or else. Their reputation would be destroyed before the eyes of all news and media and for the world to watch, because that was going to be the only event that would ever be televised from the court about this case. One of the lawyers was betrayed by a person he trusted, that person leaked the photos. That person confessed and is in prison for that crime. Now since the defense attorneys were forced to resign or else…. They took this to the Supreme Court and they were reinstated because that was not the way it should have been handled. There is a process for such dismissal and it wasn’t done properly, that is why they are back on the court with Richard Allen. They believe so much that this man could not have committed this crime, that they even offered to be his lawyers, PRO BONO, but Judge Gull did not allow them.
Judge Fran Gull officially accepted the defense attorneys Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rozzi recognition for leaking pictures to the public since I comment on your channel look it up

Guess who introduced odinism to us all: Becky Patty
Beck Patty told a trooper to look into Brad Holder because he was a practicing odinist.

Dude, most criminal convictions are based solely on circumstantial evidence. Further, California criminal law allows the prosecution to convict a defendant on circumstantial evidence alone. If direct evidence were always necessary for a conviction, a crime would need a direct eyewitness, or the guilty party would avoid criminal responsibility. | Ref. Eisner Gorin (2024).

Not so. Circumstantial evidence cases are very prosecution. All cases do not involve dna. That doesn't give a killer a free pass.

Libby wanted to solve crimes when she grew up.
Today, the jury asked to view her 'Bridge Guy' video, to solve her crime.
They also asked to re-watch the 2022 interview where Rick provided long-winded rambling answers, and lied and evaded his way through the interview. Here is what they are going to see:
Holeman: Where did you park? Rick: I got there at noon and I think I parked at the Mears entrance and walked on the road up to the Freedom Bridge start (after a long drawn-out rambling answer on where he may have parked here, or maybe here, or maybe here. Anyone else catch that it doesn't make sense to walk on the road to the start of the trail when you are at the trail already?)
Holeman: When did you leave? Rick: I left at 1:30pm- that video shows me leaving at 1:30pm; not arriving at 1:30pm
Holeman: Who did you see? Rick: I saw those girls that saw me- the one with the long brown hair (Railly) and they looked like sisters. I may have seen someone when I was at the bridge on platform 1 but I don't remember. I did not see Abby and Libby though.
Holeman: What were you wearing? Rick went through an entire list of various things he may or may not have been wearing and never gave a straight answer: Blue jeans, a blue or black off-brand or real carhartt jacket, a hat, various types of shoes he could've been wearing
Holeman: Is this YOU? Rick: (Verbatim) "If those girls took that picture then it wasn't me"
Kathy to Rick in the interview room when Holeman stepped out: "Why did you never tell me you were at the bridge that day?"
His 2022 recount deviated from his 5-day-fresh account in 2017 when he self-reported to Dan Dulin in a parking lot next to his work. Rick said in 2017:
He was on the trail between 1:30pm-3:30pm.
Now let's review all the evidence that the jury has, and you tell me if it matches up To Rick's 2017 1:30pm-3:30pm time or Rick's 2022 12:00pm-1:30pm time:
--Rick's Ford Focus seen on Hoosier Harvestore cam at 1:27pm traveling toward CPS where he said he parked.
Rick Allen, walking while "looking at his stock ticker": 1:50pm
--Betsy Blair's Fitbit data log timestamps have her on the Old State Road 25 loop passing under Bre and Railly on the overpass as they were walking away from the trail system at 1:46pm, despite Railly's account of that time being 2:15pm (a good example of fallible recollection vs infallible digital footprint).
--Harvestore cam has Blair driving toward the Mears entrance at 1:47pm.
--Blair walks down to the Bridge barrier and sees 'Bridge Guy', who is Rick Allen, at 1:53pm and turns around. This is minutes before the kidnapping. She guesstimated/testified this distance to be 50 feet, but the actual distance is over 100ft (more fallible witness recollection that doesn't matter when you have the timestamps)
--Abby and Libby dropped off at Mears entrance and Kelsi's car seen on Harvestore cam at 1:49pm.
Rick Allen Is Locked In As Bridge Guy!

it was brad holder. methphi indiana is a screwed up place.
She did this recording because they were scared of this guy, not guys

Not one witness says they saw richard allen..wouldnt they say that if he was bridge guy.
What? How do you know what the jury is deliberating on? This is a garbage video based on opinion.
The judge did not rule fairly. She was obviously against the defense.
How in the world does this channel know the jury is divided???
From the jury's questions of witnesses. Some jurors asked pro defense questions, others pro prosecution
Higher ratings the more dirt they can broadcast.

She was fired lol
So Kegan Kline who asked them to meet him at the bridge that day and Ron Logan who looked just like Bridge Guy and owned the property they were found on had nothing to do with it? 🤯
I always thought the crime scene was meant to confuse/ mislead.
It’s definitely not any attempt to conceal the bodies.
State didn't prove their case imo. Lack of transparency and the unethical behavior of the phycological is disturbing
Richard Allen is Innocent
He is guilty as guilty can be!!!
Two things can be true at the same time.....inexperienced crime scene investigators and brain dead law enforcement officials that totally flubbed this investigation, And he did this, he has been mentally unstable all his life, he is a self-admitted sex/porn addict, he was on the trail, he fits the physical description, he knows young girls are always on the trail so it was a prime spot to target for what he wanted to do, he knows that trail, he knows its a prime target area. imho

FACT
What is this title? Has the jury even asked any questions during deliberations about the photos?
They did ask to review some of the evidence again.
@jimnasium7700 thank you for the info. I still find the title clickbaity but I wish this trial was available for the public to view.
No way are the branches used to conceal.
Omg if the goal was to hide the bodies then the first thing you cover is the face. Secondly there was a lot of leaves on the ground and that would have been much easier to throw on the girls to cover them
Nobody knows who killed those girls. Mistrial.
Hi - I watch your show regularly, Ms. Banfield, & I've been your viewer since your HLN days - but recently I noted with alarm that you assumed, up in Canada, that all your American viewers were downcast after the 2024 election. Please understand that not all your viewers are left-leaning. I am a well-educated Catholic American-born conservative who has followed true crime for decades.
I was curious if the sticks were not finished as they may of heard the people calling out in search for them. ??? Who knows.
Hmmmm😉
Divided is not a bad thing. But, imo, if they weren't, there would already be a verdict.
Those are not random placements
The girls bodies are posed like tarot cards The hanged man and the magician.
Richard Allen at the time of the murders was not out of shape. Him and his wife actually did alot of hiking.
Actually he wasn’t very healthy he had a heart attack a few years prior and had stints in his heart
Seeing those sticks reinforces my belief that RA is not guilty.
At some point, she would have to accept each jurors decision.
Odinism
The man who leaked the photos is dead. The woman who reported hearing screams at 2am, yeah she is dead too.
That isn’t even the correct stick placement. And you guys would have been at the courthouse. Geez
I would like to know if police talked to other kids their age. Kids always know more than adults on what they are doing. Also, I would like to know the opinions or theories of kids their age- they have a different perspective and their deductive minds are diluted with adult thinking. Adults often think linear and can’t see outside the box.
You're. Kiddos are very savvy. I would like to know also. Maybe they're here.
Really? People are suspicious of sticks, when there are trees everywhere ?
In this part of Indiana, there is an aggressive fungus that is killing off trees early, and shedding limbs and sticks that leaves plenty of debris all over.
I dont think the sticks on the side have any meaning at all, theyre just meant to keep the sticks propped up across the neck area. my opinion of course. They were both cut on the neck and both had sticks propped perfectly across their necks almost to "hide" the wounds in a way.
But of course none of this really matters when it comes to finding Richard Allen guilty or not. People are getting lost in the little details and not looking at the important ones
The 3 girls saw bridge guy walk by them.
Why the sticks were placed like that would be something only the killer would know.
Not all the posters outside the courthouse were for BG (Allen) most were for the Abby and Libby.
Confessing their Love for RA???? WHAT???? Nobody is doing that!!!!!
Some people are!
His lawyers never resigned.

Allen is Guilty! His confessions to his wife & mom were legitimate confessions and he knew information about the crime that only the killer would know, and that information answers & explains several unknown aspects of the crimes.
