So the dream house deal didn't work out last year lol. It hit me hard, i felt like such a failure, especially that 2 of my best friends got a new home (one bought a house with her husband, one upgraded to an awesome apartment) and so many UA-camrs i follow were also buying houses or apartments (including you!) But now a year later i see it was for the best. I am not made to be anchored in one place, tied to a lawn to mow and snow to shovel. I sold half my yard to the neighbor on my left and I'm selling the remaining portion and house next year to the neighbors on my right!! Im going to be full nomad with my cat starting Sept 2025! Free to travel and no rent to pay on an empty place while im gone. Yay for all included short term rentals. And i got myself an office slash UA-cam studio at a coworkng space in my same neighborhood, near the ferry station for March 2025! Im so excited. It will act as my office, novel writing and zine printing place, mail room (with regular street address), bike storage (bike trail right there) and "storage locker" while im away. It even has a view on the river like my house had. And a roofrop terrace and its 24/7 and pet friendly! I can't wait. 2025 will be an exciting year!! Im finally making my big comeback on UA-cam tomorrow after a year and a half hiatus!! Hooray!! 🎉
