So nice to see you back!! I miss UA-cam as well, hope to make a come back next week after a year and a half hiatus. I didn't get that "dream house" after all, but in the end I'm glad I didn't!! I'm preparing to sell my house and go "full nomad" next year (yes, with my cat, and without a vehicle LOL), getting short term rentals only and moving around avery 4-6 months. I signed a lease for an office slash/ UA-cam studio / writer's desk / zine editing room / storage locker for when I'm out of town, and it's in my neighborhood near the ferry station. It will also serve as a "PO box with a real-street-adress-looking address" so I can keep my address on the street I'm living now, which is kinda sentimental for me because I grew up here. It also has a rooftop terrace, 24/7 access, and is PET FRIENDLY!! Lease starts in March 2025. I plan to sell my house and be out of here by Sept 2025. Then I can RETIRE i.e. never work a day in my life if I want to and just live off the interest from the sale... (and I'd have enough for all my basic needs to be paid forever). I will still work though, for travel, extras, and savings. Then I can really do what I want - videos, writing novels. art, travel... i.e. living life!!! I'm so done with working all the time to pay bills. I found a way to make it work. I've always wanted to take a filmmaking course too. Sometimes I'll see a cool edit in someone else's video and I'm like, how did they do that?? I want to step up my UA-cam game. I am glad though that my channel is still small and I'll have the chance to upgrade my skills BEFORE I blow up :) Looking forward to seeing your new content!!! ❤
Your video brought me joy! You appeared to really enjoy what you were doing. Can you still fit in some capsule wardrobe videos? Is that a selfish request 😬? You have great style and bring joy with that content as well. Is there a balance? I’m sure any content production is quite a bit of work so I do understand if that’s not doable. You do deserve to follow your passion! Congratulations on your personal growth.😊❤
