Thank you so much for all your videos. I retired two years ago and decided to learn how to quilt. I have watch so many videos and yours are the best. Last July I started my sewing hobby. Thank you again!❤❤❤❤
Sandy,Thank you for the inspiration. It"s amazing how many figures you can make from 3 stripes of fabric. Always thought it is so difficult. You show us,how easy it is.Thank you👍
Hi from South Africa 🇿🇦 thanks for this delightful video🎉 I made a quilt as you go scrappy style with this which I love doing and it's truly colour therapy when putting together. I've used old clothes as I was over run. I really love quilting 🎉❤
This is so fascinating! I really love this. I am grateful for your excellent information, careful explanations and happy attitude. Beautiful! Thank you again for sharing your experience with us. ❤😊
This is totally amazing! I love your channel and your fresh, innovative approach to quilting. Can't wait to try this! You're such an inspiration! Thank you !!😊
from Gerry- I have used this block before but I do not have many strips of the same fabric . Could you show a quilt top with many kinds of fabrics making up the 7 strips? Be blessed.
Hi Gerry! At the moment I only have one kind of 7 strip hidden wells but since.you guys seem to be loving it so much I'll probably do more in the future and combine all the fabrics together to see how the quilt top will look. However, untill I do that, I highly encourage you to try it as well. If the fabrics look good to you when you combine them, odds are they will look great when applied to a specific quilt block layout. Don't be afraid to mix it up, fabric wise. You will be surprised by how good it will look!
New subscriber, thank you so very much, I have strips of different widths and love how the one blue smaller strip just made the pattern pop. I would love to get some suggestions for strips that are not a set, I was thinking just the old time mixed blocks but I won’t get a lot of duplicate color blocks. I have sets of solid colors that might tie it together
Hi, welcome! Yes, combining solids is always a safe way to tie everything together and it allows the eyes to rest, it's always a very good choice. Have fun!
Your channel is so great but every time you use that ironing thing I wish you would get yourself a wool mat! It works so great and it would make your blocks so flat. I hope you don’t think I am rude but it would really help you.
Hidden wells quilt block variations! How cool is this? Let me know which version is your favourite and, of course, enjoy!
Sandy
Wow amazing & beutifull
