This video is packed with so much truth!! I listened to Evy's book Becoming Bulletproof on Audible and it was amazing! I was able to attend one of her sessions of Beyond Bullet Proof and live, she even answered a question for me! I sadly missed the deadline to join the Beyond Bullet Proof group but I can see the amazing value that is being given within!! I 1st saw Evy Pompourous on Women of Impact and knew I needed to hear the experiences and wisdom and lessons she has learned so far throughout her life... THAT is legacy leaving level material that is positively impacting numerous amounts of ppl. And for that I am eternally grateful!

I was going through ALLOT.... with allot of work I wasn't where I needed to be emotionally. My heart was broken in so many pieces by people who meant the world to me. I prayed and prayed and........ stumbled on to Evy's video's, interviews. She held the puzzle piece that was missing for complete understanding and healing. I WILL buy her book today. Thank you Evy, if you ever read this. And thank you Dr. Gabrielle Lyon for having her on your podcast. Sending so much love to you both!!

    Excellent interview, thank you.
I agree, that being courageous for others is easier than being courageous for yourself. For example, I'm apprehensive about crossing 5-lane streets (due to being hit by a car twice), but one evening I watched an elderly woman crossing a 5-lane road against the light. I was so panicked for her, that I ran out to be the cushion for her in case a car chose not to stop. This wasn't exactly heroic because there wasn't much traffic, but it was enough to get "my" heart racing.
My bubble baths are for sore muscles.
I've been guilty of watching things that irritate me. However, I'm getting better at turning them off immediately.
The "highway accident, rubber-necking" doesn't serve anyone in any capacity.

@@vipin6986 I don't know who OP is referring to, but to me, the interview that came to mind was one she did with Tom Bilyeu. His interruption was so bad and it was so irritating to listen to. If you go down the comments section of that particular video, there are a lot of comments that say things like "if you invite a guest, at least let her finish a sentence". By the way, no hate on Tom, I listen to him a lot, but that interview was especially bad in the way he would interrupt her often. There are some interviews where he jumps in often, but to me, none has been that bad. And I think he took feedback, and his interviews are better these days. (There are two interviews with her - one in studio and the other looks like a combination of a video call and clips from the studio one. The video I'm talking about is the shorter in-studio one).

Teamwork is definitely whats missing in corporate America. I work in a dept where team is actually in the job description yet every single individual in that dept is pitted against each other even if its not your normal demeanor you will learn and adapt to having an "identity" character in order to survive. Its such a toxic environment.

I hoped and wished that they would be involved in law enforcement in one way or another… however , none of my children went that way. They’re in their 20s. (There’s still hope😂) I have tried to go into your website “Beyond Bullet Proof” and the website was “blank”. I can look for your book online. However, I’d truly love to join a group or class that you might give. If at all possible pls. Forward any info. you can to try and join anything you may be offering. As per burnout. I find schisandra berry is better than ashwaghanda. Take a handful of berries and grind them in a coffee grinder to a fine powder. Put it in a small pot and boil it to a thick pinkish consistency. It’s not tasty like this so I like to add one to several shots into ice water. After several days of this I turn from a frazzled mess to feeling like I’m 18 again.

I reverse trolled a troll making offensive statements about single 40 year old men. I’ve never trolled someone before but he made hateful derogatory statements about more than one person I had to teach him a lesson. They blocked me, banned me and admonished my behavior in a message quoting Jordan Peterson and put me on mute so I could not explain or refute why I did it. It wasn’t really such a big deal no real loss to me, but I realized in that moment what is so deeply wrong about the generation beneath me. They will inflict cruelty on anyone because they don’t fear repercussions even the most simple repercussion of having to respond for your own behavior.
