In the concept unification premier demo video during heart of rock and roll pizza cam just starts dancing. And I don't mean just turning left and right. I mean he was boping it. I guess it was from Looney bird but that's the only video with the movement

The reason they removed the spring was because corporate's pizzacam started wearing out and the spring caused the lens to get loose. Other stores that had it never used them or were removed.

Lift
Eyes (cross)
Mouth
Left/right turning
Eyelids don't move though.

Chuck E Cheese never gave it a canon gender although it is sometimes heard with a male voice, but pretty much the community is allowed to leave it to their imagination since Pizzacam sadly never got full character development like Looney Bird did back when the mech for it was used for Looney Bird.
