😅I just got mine and plugged it into wall ac max mode...set the left freezer side to 0 degrees...took over three hours to reach zero... with empty compartment. Do you think I have a defective fridge?
I did the first test ac Wall outlet power (max mode) in my hot garage. The empty inside of the cooler starting temp was hot about 86 f. This morning I brought the cooler in my house and repeated the test, empty cooler inside temp starting in the 60s. Now came to temp 0 freezer and 37 refrigerator degrees farenhight in 36 minutes the same as you got in yours. I guess the compressor needed time to regulate. Maybe the cooler was not shipped in level position. I did leave it unopened in level position for 24 hours before trying it out as recommended in the manual. Maybe 24 hours was not enough time. Thanks for doing that timing test on your video as it helped me compare to my own test. I will continue to test now with my ecoflow river 2 pro dc power. Thanks for your feedback.

Were you on Eco mode? That seems like a long time unless the unit was hot. Test again then contact set power.
