I finally found the tastiest bread recipe with simple ingredients! This is the perfect bread recipe - try making this bread!
The perfect breakfast bread recipe for the whole family This bread can be eaten for both lunch and breakfast! Baking bread yourself is very easy!

Ingredients for regular bread:
340 ml warm water.
5 g dry yeast - 2 tsp without a slide (or 15 g fresh yeast).
Add 9 g salt (1.5 tsp).
Mix.
30 ml vegetable oil.
Mix well.
Sift 530 g flour through a sieve.
40 g sugar (2.5 tablespoons).
Mix well in a bowl.
Just mix all the ingredients.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 3 hours.
Our dough went well.
Now you need to cover the dough and put it in the refrigerator for 9-12 hours.
I left the dough in the fridge for 1 night.
Sprinkle the table with flour.
Put the dough on the table.
Just shape the dough as I show.
Repeat after me.
Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Mix 1 egg yolk and 2 tbsp. cold water.
Brush the bread with the egg.
Make incisions in the dough.
Bake at 180-190°C for 45-55 minutes.
Look how beautiful our bread is!
Let the bread cool completely.

Very good but Yeast and salt together? It is not recommended. Salt is known to block the work of yeast, however 🤔. It is better to put them separately. 😅

El horno se pone con calor arriba y abajo sin ventilador ?
Yo uso horno de cocina con ventilador y enciendo si arriba y abajo y si esta bien caliente entre 10 y 20 minutos como máximo estaría pronto. Igual cada horno es distinto y los primeros hay que conocer cuando está ya cocido.

Hi ,! I never like egg in or on the bread ,so what's the alternative please?
Egg makes the crust shiney, for a prettier loaf. You can skip it or spray with some salted water just before putting it in the oven. If you want a soft crust you can brush it with butter just after it comes out of the oven. That will give it a different sheen. An "egg wash" also is used to help seeds stick to the loaf prior to baking, if you should want to use sesame or poppyseed. Either makes a tasty addition. Milk also works but the seeds won't stick as well. Just experiment, Olga, and enjoy each creation! ❤😋 Elizabeth
