I’ve been in the maintenance field for about 12 years now and for the first time I’m in the housing maintenance a 55 year community in central Florida. Finally getting paid what I deserve. I love the field
Hey Randy. Joe has been in the hotel about 4 years and I’ve been in and out of different hotels for about 4 years as well and yes I’m the chief engineer. If you want to switch to hotel maintenance that’s great it’s a little stress free compared to a hotel but the pay could be less. I guess it all depends on the hotel you apply for. Thanks for watching you Rock!!!
I've just started watching your videos here and there but now will be here more often and subscribed. I've been in the engineering field for over 18yrs. i'm now stepping into the chief eng. spot at a new hotel. I don't know everything in management but what is your advice on where to focus and where to start... I enjoy your videos and thank you, Peace,Love&GodBless ("
Hello! In one of the latest videos one of your viewers asked about a "trick question" in an interview. So I would like to share from my experience when I had an interview. They asked me about steps of replacing the bathroom faucet. I started to talk about common steps which I know. I thought I did my best and the answer was good, but I didn't mention one thing. Before you start replacing something make sure you have it in stock. Sorry for my English. I am from Ukraine and now I am trying to improve it.
Thanks for the shout-out seventeen-year-old hotel luxury resort maintenance always trying to sharpen up our skills we're not authorized to film at work🛠👊
Hi Fernando 👋 i have a couple of questions. The first one is what how many years you and Joe have been in the hotel, and are you supervisor? Also, I have been researching and thinking about switching over to hotel maintenance , I currently work in apartment maintenance for almost 2 years. Any thoughts ?
do you know what hotel chains or any maintenance type jobs that hire graveyard shift? most of the job listings dont say what hours, but looks like mostly first and second shift.

in nyc some hilton hotels have overnight shifts, i currently have 2 overnights
Typically only big hotels have a graveyard shift. I would check the big ones downtown.
