Yes. if you’re referring to work experience, just relate your past work to the interviewer by talking about customer service skills you learned or working as a team, etc. If you mean shopping experience, just be honest and say you haven’t shopped there but you are eager to learn more about Walmart. For question 1 you could say that you would prioritize the crying baby because not only can it be stressful for customers but also especially for the parent so you would prioritize them. And for the second question, if a customer can't find something or needs help while your working you would stop what your doing completely and help that customer find what their looking for(and to go a bit above and beyond also say that if the item was not there then u can offer to check when it will restock) it's always customer first remember! Call the store you applied to and ask to speak to the hiring manager once your speaking to them you ask what the status of your application is. Then they will probably ask you for your name and the position you applied to. Hope this helps :)

First was what do you do whenyou are doing something, and a customer asks for help? Second was name a time where you were part of a team and had to do something under pressure or something like that. Third was name a time where you messed something up, and how did you recover. And fourth name an accomplishment you've made

they asked me when have I gone over and beyond and that was it and they hired it me it was a 30 minute interview lol over the phone
