My interview at Walmart was super quick and easy. I came in for an interview 10 minutes early for the position I applied for and the interview only took 5 minutes and I was out the door. They only asked me 3 easy questions and I was then accepted, offered a job by text.
The questions were:
Are you available to work any day of the week?
Are you able to work in a cold environment?
When can you start?

@@fastfowardbutton1965 they didn't ask me any of those lol they gave me a sheet to fill out my availabilitys throughout the week then they asked me a few behavioral questions?? like what I'd do in certain situations wt customers then that was it lol my interview was last week and I still never heard back so🥲🥲

How do I even get to the interview
Sir, every Walmart around me is so short handed they will hire anyone with a pulse. I know a couple of knuckleheads and they hired them in 2 seconds. They only asked when they can start!
Hey there! Today I had an interview scheduled with Walmart and was super excited about it. I even found your videos to prepare myself better. However, when I arrived 20 minutes early, I was told by a staff member that they're not currently hiring and that there was a mistake in the system. It was definitely frustrating. Keep up the great work with your tips though, they're really helpful!

I just finished up an interview for a sales roll. Looking for price of mind.
key notes from interviewer.
-suggested shadowing one of there sales meetings with one of there clients
-liked my energy
-30 min interview turned into 50 min
-called me in for a second Improv sales pitch
-closing up the meeting he said that he needs to talk more with the VP and that his main worry was the substantial change of career paths , I then told him that I’ve been in the industry for 7+ years and have ran a side business with a 90% closing rate … he then said that if I were to accept an offer that it’s conflict of interest with my side business, I then told him I would be shutting the side business down and any calls I’d be getting would be funnelled through your company.
-he ended the interview with “im not giving you a direct yes or no as I still have 2 more interviews to go through , and im not even suppose to be telling you this but I need to make a final decision to head office by Friday.
Our interview was on Monday. Do you suggest I wait till Friday to hear back ?

@@danielle5139 On my job application, I Had picked two jobs in the cashier role and food/consumables team associate, but I only interviewed for cashier role because they told me the manager for the Food/Consumables position wasn't available. The interview was casual they asked me about my availability, my experience with customer service, and they told me about the role I was interviewing for. Then they told me they will call me about orientation so I presume it means they hired me but i will give them a call back.

I got interviewed for 10 minutes and the only reason I didn’t get hired was because of “Tell Me how You Can go Above and Beyond” I didnt really know how to answer that😕

I worked at Little Caesars, but here's the thing I almost never interacted with customers, didn't use the register, and I don't have a driver's license.
I was a Prep person there, how can I convince Walmart to hire me? I understand what food pickers are, they use a scanning app to fill up totes for scheduled deliveries.
I don't mind repetitive work at all, it's just that I don't know if I can work the nights since I can easily get exhausted when I work at full capacity nonstop.
There is so much heavy lifting at Little Caesars, and hundreds of pans to wipe and oil, including cleaning all the dishes that keep piling up.
What should I do and say?

It was a group interview and
They asked to tell me about your self and reference a person know and situational questions
Like if you are in hurry and store is also busy and you have to stock stuff , what will you do or say to customers.
Focus on showing your previous experience and objective to give benefits to the company
Arrive on time, give answers with confidence and work on your reference before going there
I have been interviewed 15 days ago but didn’t received any reply on follow up mail while interview the recruiter asked current compensation & Notice period…can I assume rejection
I’d like says it’s likely. Hard to know for sure though. Hiring is weird and sometimes it takes forever.

Thank you. I had walmart interview today. The manager didn't ask me any questions at all. She just talked about what I should do or tasks I applied to. She asked me if I have questions so I asked 2 questions only after that done. She said the hr will be at walmart Thursday and they'll talk about it and hr will just contact me on Thursday. Do you think I'm hired? Confused 😢
