I use a coconut oil. I soak methi daana and kalonji in coconut oil overnight and in the morning I just lukewarm it and put it on my scalp for about 1-2 hours and I got very nice results. I will try your remedies also🙏🙏❤️. Thanku for sharing this remedy ❤️

what helped me in pcos, was to make a more protein diet eggs, coffee, chicken, the bald area is much better, the hair is growing a lot, I had already tried supplements, minoxidil, low fat and low calorie diet, paleo diet , lowcarb, even so I weight with great difficulty. what helped me was to go on a carnivore diet, then I go to a lowcarb rich in protein

I've been suffering from pcos since 10yrs now and I have lost almost 60% of my hair. Also I have severe dandruff. I have controlled my pcos to a great extent in last one year. I use to get periods after 5-6 months and now I get it in almost every 40 days. But the hairfall and dandruff problem stil persists. I'll do what all remedies you told but let me know if I should take homeopathy treatment? Is it effective?? I'm fed up of allopathy treatment so don't want to repeat that again

@@devikasree8252 if you suffer from pcos its not ideal to take fenegreek because it increases testosterone.
Pcos is sign of estrogen dominance, where the liver is not able to flush out excess estrogen out therefore the adrenals create more androgens to protect the person. But this problem only happens because adrenals are doing the work of the thyroid, which when working optimally wil produce enough progesterone to keep estrogen in check. Therefore, those with pcos also have hypothyroidism, overactive adrenals, gut issues, tissue hypoxia and much more. (These all can be resolved if cellular energy production is restored which means running on thyroid instead of adrenals).
Directly taking anti-androgens is not safe because they also are there to prevent issues from excess estrogen e.g. cancer. Best way to deal with pcos is take real progesterone to balance out the excess estrogen, and support the liver in eliminating excess estrogen i.e. raw carrots, white button mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Alongside this you should focus on calming the adrenals by increasing fruit, calcium, vitamin D and salt consumption.

Pcos is sign of estrogen dominance, where the liver is not able to flush out excess estrogen out therefore the adrenals create more androgens to protect the person. But this problem only happens because adrenals are doing the work of the thyroid, which when working optimally wil produce enough progesterone to keep estrogen in check. Therefore, those with pcos also have hypothyroidism, overactive adrenals, gut issues, tissue hypoxia and much more. (These all can be resolved if cellular energy production is restored which means running on thyroid instead of adrenals).
Directly taking anti-androgens is not safe because they also are there to prevent issues from excess estrogen e.g. cancer. Best way to deal with pcos is take real progesterone to balance out the excess estrogen, and support the liver in eliminating excess estrogen i.e. raw carrots, white button mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Alongside this you should focus on calming the adrenals by increasing fruit, calcium, vitamin D and salt consumption.
