8 ounces Button Mushrooms (sliced)
4 scallions (thinly sliced, greens and whites separated)
4 carrots (shaved into strips)
2 thumbs Fresh Ginger (grated or chopped fine)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
Jasmin Rice (1 1/2 cups)
White Wine Vinegar (10 tsp)
Sesame Oil (2 tbsp)
Sriracha (4 tsp)
Soy Sauce (6 tbsp)
Ground Beef (20oz)
Sugar (3 tbsp)
Vegetable Oil (8 tsp)
Salt, pepper, crushed red pepper flakes to taste

I love the bibimbap too! Also I appreciate you more or less following the recipe, I hate when I watch a review and the people leave half of the ingredients out and then are like, "eh, this isn't that great" 🤔 The tweak I make to this recipe is once I'm done cooking it I roll the ingredients in a lettuce leaf and make lettuce wraps out of them.
Just made this. Highly disappointed, I dont think the chefs at Hello Fresh have ever had actual Korean food. Too much soy sauce and not even remotely spicy. Definantly for the "caucasian palate" who think every type of asian food taste Chinese.
