You lost me when you started running the tools under water. The water is getting down in between the rubber handles and the metal and only serving to rust the metal tool handles even more. 🤦🏻♂️ Try electronic cleaner instead, which cleans, degreases, dries fast and will never add moisture or humidity to the equation, or rust the metal you’re trying to maintain. It also won’t compromise or harm the rubber tool handles like other harsher chemical cleaners, but even brake cleaner would be a better solution than water.
