    Thanks for sharing this. Do you steam on high heat or medium heat? I just tried this and my mixture has air bubbles all throughout - not sure if it’s because I steamed with high heat or if I didn’t use fresh soy milk but used the UHT soy milk

    If I am using 4 eggs how many L of soybean need to put ?

    • @spicenpans
      @spicenpans  5 років тому +1

      Hi Amanda. Thank you so much for your interest in using our recipe 🤓🤓🙏. Our eggs are rather small. About 50-55g each with shell on. If your eggs are in the same size as ours, you can simply do the following calculation: 7 eggs divide by 0.5L of soy a bean milk multiply by 4 eggs = 285ml of soya bean milk to be used. If your eggs are slightly bigger, you can do the following calculation: (weight of each egg) divide by 55g multiply by 285ml. So for example your eggs weigh 70g each, it’ll be 70/55= 1.27 multiply 285ml = 360ml of soya bean milk to be used. If you don’t know the weight of your eggs because you don’t have a weighing scale, you can just use 285ml to be safe. Happy cooking! 🤓🤓
