It usually happen when you never change your brake fluid. It's boiling temp decrease when it absorb more water. So older water logged brake fluid boil easier
I had to lower my bike because I'm small. This includes lowering the front too. Thanks to upside-down forks it doesn't change how they work and doesn't limit travel. Sure you need to setup your suspension completely new for the new ride height but I don't feel a diffence at all. The only difference is that I stopped dropping my bike because my feet reach the ground now.
When strapping motorcycles with radially mounted brake calipers, just strap through the radial caliper mounts, and strap from the swing arm or rear wheel for the back half, then you don't need to compress or worry about the suspension at all.
11:00 most likely wouldn't need to rebuild the engine; people race snowmobiles on water (watercross) and sink them all the time. They have a killswitch on a cord (like in the video) and a buoy that releases when it sinks to indicate the location, then they just pull it up and to the ground, drain the engine and it's running within 30min for the next race.
I feel like the epa would have a field day if they caught wind of it, I remember when a guy had his snowmobile sink in the Maumee river, they railed his ass
@@johanjvdw I agree, I have one for warmer days and it has d3o lvl2 protectors, ykk zippers, double seems, invisible reflective markers, it's made out of material that's 50% aramid, it even has a thingy to keep the hood down so it wouldn't flap in the wind. And best of all, you can just wash it with your regular laundry.

I looked at an alpinestars hoody that was just over£200. It looked like a £40 hoody and the armour felt like cardboard. That was in a reputable store too.

The TL;DR is that I was in a motorcycle accident from a (suspected to be drunk) pickup truck hitting me. I have a metal rod where my tibia and fibia (shin bones) once existed that connects my knee to my ankle, and have had 9 surgeries and more expected. It's been 24 days in the hospital now undergoing surgeries to keep my leg, but I cannot bend my ankle and can kind of wiggle my toes. Point being? At least it's not the gear shifter foot. If I keep my leg, I plan to put my rear brake on my handlebar. If I lose the leg.. well, I'll be looking to buy a Volvo, since falling down or crashing with a fake leg would mean I'd potentially have to get a replacement leg if the original gets damaged.

You are incorrect about the brake fluid boiling, It indeed can. Had the freshly flushed front brake on my KLR drag just enough to heat up to the fluid boiling point which caused the front brake to clamp down. Had to open the bleeder and vent the steam/boiling fluid to get the caliper to release so I could get it off the road.
lol the one with the "volcanoe" brakes looks like they have moisture in the brake lines, which is what's causing the steam. i've seen it happen with aircraft brake systems.

A month ago I got hit by a r6 while I was riding supermotos with some friends and my left leg got broke pretty bad but I’ve been healing and I’m on track to be back riding by summer. But I’ve been zooming on the walker I have to use, it’s been weird not being able to wrench on stuff or carry things since I can’t put weight on the left leg but I can’t wait to get back out there!
You would be surprised how many "well i can only have one bike, might as well be multi puropse" people take cast wheels ADVs (aka. touring enduros) into REALLY "dumb places". I get that cast wheels are not upposed to be abused, but they will be. Frankly the biggest thing holding back most of these machines are the stock tyres, otherwise they are decent - as long as you are appropriate sized for the machine* *If you are a huge dude, CRFL300 rally will bottom out just by you sitting on the thing (without suspension upgrades), while if you are on the small side, like youtuber itchy boots, good have mercy on you if you do hard offroading and have to repeatedly lift the full sized ADVs.

If I have to guess as to why there's steam coming out of that caliper. It's probably because the pads worn off and the heat from the disc when you break, heated the pads and the caliper.
7:15 i had a case that i used this trick I knew it had nothing to do but i tried it like in a parking spot BUT one time a car driver tried to pass me and another car was coming on the opposit way ,so the car driver tried to cancel the pass and entered my lane right next to me ,the road had a high edge and i was forced to make a free place for the car I moved out and then it happened my rear tire got stuck in the down edge and the front tire was in the road that was the most terrifying thing i encountered ever and im proud that I practiced that trick even if i knew that it has nothing to do I recommend that you all guys practice it ❤

the BMW S1000 segment had me pissed because he comes up around the truck, skips two lanes over, meanwhile swerving back and forth. As a driver, that immediately makes me tense up because I don't know if you're just a dumbass fixing to crash trying to make a video, or if you're fixing to go into a slide or had lost control. It's so easy to hold the bike upright, using the the paddock stand and both wheels on the ground. Nobody should be dropping their bikes when doing this. Look how he's holding the stand. No weight on it to support the balance of bike. Poor bike.

I've literally seen brakes boil multiple times. Your wrong. I've seen track bikes do it, and I've seen the nut on the adjuster come loose and tighten ever time you hit the brakes.
I think the point of the rizomas or however you spell that is for legality reasons, gives it a bit more style and if you get pulled over cuz no mirrors, boom mirrors, but someone correct me if I'm wrong
It's a fad to make your bike look like a GP bike. Absolute gimmick and I can't take people seriously when they buy them, Ruroc helmets too. Brake fluid actually boils, and the boiling point in high performance brake fluid is usually stamped in the box
brake fuild itself cannot boil, but if it binds with water then it can boil.
It can boil but most likely the air in the lines will steam first locking up your brakes.

There are motorcycling hoodies now that are a proper protection gear with armor, high melting point and everything.
I ride in one and they offer really good protection

The Hoodie I wear has CE Lvl 2 Armor and Kevlar lined. We can take all hoodies at face value anymore.

I've literally seen brakes boil multiple times. Your wrong. I've seen track bikes do it, and I've seen the nut on the adjuster come loose and tighten ever time you hit the brakes.
I think the point of the rizomas or however you spell that is for legality reasons, gives it a bit more style and if you get pulled over cuz no mirrors, boom mirrors, but someone correct me if I'm wrong
It's a fad to make your bike look like a GP bike. Absolute gimmick and I can't take people seriously when they buy them, Ruroc helmets too. All style, but if you had any bother to research the products that you buy instead of falling for the marketing ploys of flashy things, the world would be a better place.
