- Hello and welcome to another episode of How about living in ... ? A series about buying and living on the French Riviera. Today I am in Nice and I will talk about how it is to live in Nice, it's development, a little bit of the city history and what real estate prices you can expect in Nice.

excellent overview and loved the topography views on neighborhoods, .....and comments on the rose! ha!! unf way to many usa tourists in high season -( prefer covid days. ) . easy with the transportation options!. need more recommendations on day trips (Antibes....snd chic beach clubs., hikes / walks, etc. .)

@@frh-frenchrivierahousehunting looking specifically around St Victoire Inter school. It seems like a lot land to build and be near the school but open to know more about Nice, Antibes schools and info about buying a land not to far from the civilization but not in the city to build a new home there too.

At the moment we cover the whole French Riviera from Menton to Hyères.
Depending on the budget we can extend the research area.
We are planning to develop in France and cover more in a - hopefully - near future!

What are the nearest towns attached to the Nice in the North?

Going north you have mostly little villages, like Aspremont, Carros, Comlomars, nice residential areas

Im not sure why people make videos about a city but only show their face. I want to see the city. Every travel and expat channel does this. Less face, more city footage please

Nice’s demographics is Changing and more criminal people 😮
True Nice demographics are changing, I see more and more expats from all over the world, specially US and Northern Europe, chose to live here! Can't really tell how many are criminals 😅
