You know, there is a mod made by the same person who did immersive portals. They allow you to see through your portal. (And the portal gun is there too) But none of the other stuff is there. sadly
They should honestly make this mod compatible with immersive portals, then if you have the mod installed it can use the renderer to make the portals see-through

I mean Immersive Portals is not the best perfromance wise and there are many ways to actually increase the performance quite a lot. When considering that there may be multiple portals at the same time, it would be best to actually built a renderer from the ground up so that you can optimize it.

It's not that big of a deal, but I watched this video without audio trying to keep up with the subtitles, but it was genuinely hard to read because repeated words and fill words were kept in which made it hard to follow along and I ultimately just turned it off. I'm sure the video is fine with audio though lmfao, gl with the channel 🤩

This looks amazing! The only downside I can see so far that you can't like see through the portals like in the original game or in the 1.12.2 mod.
The developers said that is something planned in the future!
