Just wanted to thank Wayne for all his advice. My whole family thanks you for all your advice. We went 6 months without a dishwasher. Me and the Mrs took apart all the hoses and no clogs. It was the airgap as Wayne had suggested it might be. We found a bunch of goop and bits of trash. Used the snake a to clear it and the rest is history. Wayne is my hero. God bless Wayne. Wayne for president. Three cheers for Wayne.

I appreciate this video so much, you covered everything. I recently put in a garbage disposal and was able to do so by watching another UA-cam but they never mentioned the knockout on the garbage disposal. I knocked that out, and my dishwasher drained quickly. Thank you!

Thank you! I was having such a hard time figuring out the problem with my dishwasher. Turned out the drain hose leading to the garbage disposal was caked with goo on the inside. I ended up having to take the whole hose off to fully clean it out. I reinstalled it and now everything drains perfectly!

Knock-out plug. Saved me a lot of time. I always forget that with new disposals. Thanks!

Agree with others...video is really well done. I do think covering partial draining vs non-draining could help diagnose most likely failure points for each problem, which will be covered the this fine video.

Thank you! Problem solved by removing gunk at end of hose. I also cleaned the bottom of my dishwasher with a sponge and watched this video to drain the water. Yea!
