I have read the books, watched the tv show a zillion times, watch and listen to the podcasts and reaction videos, and yours are the best! I love your untarnished reactions and concise summaries, mixed in with your life, your Mama and the cats. Btw, hope kitty is continuing to heal.
Wow, thank you so much! Yea, I got an awesome mama and critters. John Connor is doing so much better! We lost his brother Sanchez almost two years ago, so Johnny is the "Laird" of the house now. Mama even sewed a "Laird" patch on his harness hehe But he is back home from his thyroid treatment and doing so much better. We almost lost him a few times this year from complications brought on by a vet I am am very unhappy with that gave him the wrong treatment and created a whole host of problems. He goes back to get bloodwork mid January and we'll know then if he is out of the woods.
A little side note. The scene with Briana smashing her fingers has to be added in because Sophie broke her finger and they needed an excuse for it being bandaged. Always love your reactions. Being a book reader it's always fun to see reactions of those who have no clue what's coming. 😂
@@jbeard2732 Ok, I’ve just rewatched Brianna and Rob’s scene from last ep, now it makes more sense to me after what you explained, I guess I didn’t get the context last week?😭😂It’s just Rob suddenly out of nowhere showed up not only in front of Bri, but he was standing right in her living room? I mean, didn’t Brianna lock their front door? How did he just get right into her house like that? What?! Or it’s common back then in the 80s where people are less alerted and concerned about safety? Is that it? Is that the time and society setting that we have to get used to it? Still found that scene, the transition was a bit weird, not smooth enough which it might easily cause misunderstanding; the lines were not super clear in which it could lead to confusion especially if you are not a native English speaker; But anyway thank you for the clarification! I really appreciate it!🫶👏Can’t believe Roger traveled back and worried sick about Jemmy all for nothing?!! Destiny sure has its own way of dealing things, maybe it’s fate leading Roger to his own dad after all these years?🥹
@saxon1014 Hello Jess’s mom, it’s great to hear from you again; thank you for the info😊, good to know! Wow, I’m a little surprised but I’m always glad to hear more about what’s it like back in the days from those who lived through the time🥰😎🫶
Oh that's cool! If you can't hide it write it in! lol Thanks! Must be a fun experience knowing I'm gonna freak when I see these crazy twists and turns!
The end of the episode was the last part of Book 7. We then had to wait about 4 years for the next book ! They are moving at warp speed through the story, but there's a lot to cover .
Oh no, your poor little kitty. I'm glad he's recovering. Yeah, Claire was so out of it. Grief can really do bad things to you. So many quotes directly from the book. I would've liked more tho. Grief sex, hmmmmm maddening. I didn't even notice the scratches on John's chest, omg! Briana was a boss, her mama bear came out. I was proud of her. Truth bombs in the carriage. I understand him saying if he was found out, it would be considered a crime. We still have a long way to go but at least that has changed. And of course, it has to end on that lovely cliffhanger lol oh William, you had to found out somehow.
John Connor is a trooper! He is back home now and doing so much better. Back to his bratty self! Man, this show is so wild. The Claire/Lord John stuff completely blindsided me just like it blindsided all the characters lol Brianna can take care of herself! They left their story hanging for so long! I wanna know how she is going to handle an unconscious Rob!
lol 😅 I forgot your sense humor in your reaction like “ LJ. ; aww who’s gonna go to my fancy party with me now. But Clair is pure drama lover. With that laugh at the end. Clair; yes drama back to normal. 😅😅😅😅 John is a true Hero , I mean he saved Jamie Brianna , William. Murtagh. And now Clair and she is acting like a spoiled brat about it because she can’t put herself together.
You can’t just threaten James Fraser’s daughter and think nothing will happen, he tried to leave Brianna alone, but he doesn’t know that she’s already faced Bonnet, I love watching your reactions, helps me study English (I’m Brazilian) and seeing the reaction of a person who hasn’t read the books is fantastic
Didn’t Rob Cameron take Jeremiah and went through the stones at the end of last season? Wasn’t that the whole point of why Roger left Brianna to search for their son? So I don’t think that’s actually Rob whom Brianna saw, my guess is that might be Brianna’s hallucination out of her stress and struggle with missing her husband and son deeply; she is definitely not coping well with Roger gone at the moment but she has to be strong for her daughter, it’s definitely very hard for her right now but I don’t think Rob Cameron would just suddenly pop up in front of Brianna out of nowhere🤔😊
@@gabyviana6651 Interesting🤔🔎, thank you for not spoiling anything! Now you got me more intrigued🤭, if that’s actually Rob Cameron, then what?!! Right now it doesn’t make any sense, why and how could he suddenly pop up out of nowhere like a ghost? Did he or did he not travel through the stones with Jeremiah???🧐
Never in a million years would I have thought seeing Claire sleeping with John Grey! I was sure that the 2 of them got married as a formality, surely they wouldn’t sleep with each other, but I guess it was understandable; both of them were grieving and they both loved the same man very much, moment of emotional impulse, but still I did not expect the 2 of them actually had sex, I thought they just ripped clothes, tearing things apart to release that anger and pain, that’s all……
Jamie is back right at the moment for William to find out the truth about him, I feel like this storyline is progressing well meanwhile Roger and Bree’s storyline is dragging a little bit……; is Brianna hallucinating? It’s been 3 episodes now, and Roger is still nowhere near to find his dad or son, no sign of Rob Cameron nor young Jemmy either….. I can’t help but feel like because they have to take care several different time periods simultaneously, they can’t cover and progress all the storylines in an optimal pace; it’s definitely difficult for the writers, but also for us audiences as well, cause jumping here and there in an episode constantly might not be the best viewing experience for all people
Yea, they have a lot of story to get through in such short seasons. Can't imagine how hard it is to cut things and condense so much to cover everything

You told them to get drunk together! Yes, AWKWARD!
When I was edited this video I got to that part and was like "wow, I really didn't know what I was recommending" lol
