Yea, I could imagine. That would suck to find out everyone kept that secret from you in modern times. Add to it the status and importance of the family name he lost as well. Dang...
The weird metal thing around the necks of officers is called a gorgett. Everyone accepted Brianna being the uber-brat when she first heard that Jamie was her bio-dad. Why not William? Like sister, like brother. Yes, John's eye is broken, but guess who gets to fix it, and who has to hold him down while it's done? LOL Yes, the marriage to John just goes away, like Jamie's marriage to Leery. The first marriage is always the one that stands. They ran into this dilemma at the end of WWII when men came home who had been held in prisoner of war camps and were not documented, and presumed dead. Some wives remarried, then the first guy came home. The courts always uphold the first marriage.
Huh, learn something new everyday. Isn't he going to get in trouble selling part of his uniform at a whorehouse? lol I guess kids just gotta brat out for a while after a bombshell like that So wild, guess Jamie and Claire are gonna be back out on the run
@@WatchMeWatchStuff He will get in trouble for not having his complete uniform correct, but the gorgett is his, bought and paid for by him just like the rest of his uniform, and his horse. Provided he comes up with another one who's to complain to loudly about an Earl's behavior.
You laughing your ass off when John told Jaime lol so funny! And at first, he doesn't believe him! Lord John is my favorite in this episode! " You bloody arsehole!" LMAO I truly felt bad for William but....he definitely has the Fraser temper huh? William just reacted with his feelings all over the place. He everyone he came in contact with. That was so poetic of Jaime, "That bloody Englishmen bandaged me with his friendship." So good!! To answer your question hun, Claire & John's marriage wouldn't be legal because Jaime still alive.
Lol that proclamation of his did me in. Poor John and William. They went through it in this episode! Yea, Jamie felt betrayed on both sides. His lady and his bro. I imagine from his point of view this is just full blown crazy. All he did was miss one boat and get a slight delay and then come back to all this! Man, that's really going to negatively affect John's fancy society parties lol
Team WILLIAM! Interesting parallel is how Geneva, William’s mother, entrapped Jaime into sex - and then Jane did to William the same thing, arguably forced SA.
I know everyone is upset that Jamie beat up Lord John. In the book Loord John went to Claire more than once with asking her that he could comfort her (sex), she says no thank you, but he turned to her asking her to take care of him. She does
Poor John this ep!😭🥺The writers won’t write him off fr so I hope he will eventually return safely, because if anything happens to him, this time it’s totally on Jamie let’s be honest🫢, there’s no argument here: Claire or John should’ve told Jamie the whole spy suspicion situation, John saved Claire away from being arrested and then both of them thought Jamie was dead “dead”, so that was 2 person who deeply love Jamie, mourning and grieving in massive pain, but in return what did John receive? Big bruises and punches from Jamie and Jamie let the rebels take John for hostage?? I can’t help but feel like Jamie might’ve crossed a little bit too far for this case even though at the beginning his anger was understandable but the ending part where the parallel of seeing Jamie and Claire banging meanwhile John is fighting for his life, running for survival, it’s a little hard to see tbh, really didn’t enjoy Jamie and Claire’s love scene at all during that part! Hope John is ok!
Мало он ему надовал , эта пьяная оргия , надругательство над памятью Джейми ! Отвратительный сюжет ,разрушил образ Клер . 👎 Разочарована таким поворотом! Актёры в своих ролях безупречны 👏👏
Yea, it felt like neither of them felt the need to tell Jamie Claire was about to be killed so they got married! It seems like that'd be important for him to know. But I agree, once Jamie calmed down it was kinda disappointing to see he just didn't seem to care that he left John in a deadly situation.
True but they trying to stay true to the books. Also, keep in mind Claire & John had sex the same night they got married. That's 2 days after hearing Jamie has died. And in the book Lord John goes to Claire, 2 other times expecting her to give him a HJ and she obliges. Jamie was gone for less than 30 days, I understand why, but how can Jamie not be angry? Or hurt?
You know it's funny, it wasn't til I was editing the video I remembered the episode starts with a literal apple falling not far from the tree. Totally forgot that happening
Thanks for your reaction it was fantastic I loved it . Yes all the people I love are all fighting . Lord john should not have mentioned that he was imagined jamie while he was doing the act with claire brought his memories right back to wentworth and black jack Randall and then he wasn't thinking any more just reacting. Thanks again till next episode.😊❤
I know, this episode is crazy. Even when I read this part in the book, it was so clear that William is not only pissed but so very hurt.
Yea, I could imagine. That would suck to find out everyone kept that secret from you in modern times. Add to it the status and importance of the family name he lost as well. Dang...
Brianna tried to explain this to Lord John 😮
The title card: the apple doesn't fall far from the tree
I legit completely forgot about that title card until I was editing it lol
That Fraser temper got to William lmao like father like son
Lol, you know he probably got pissed off, then realizes he has such a temper because of his highland blood, then got pissed off all over again.
@ omg definitely 🤣🤣🤣
John should have phrased that a little better ..Black Jack vibes with that statement.
Yea, there were definitely better ways to explain himself. Poor dude got all flustered and didn't think before he spoke.
I yelled when I read John's "confession" to Jaime ! "Why did you say that & just spurt it out " !
😂 your reaction to the way John confesses to Jamie about Claire was hilarious & had me LMAO
Lol, That was one of the funniest things I've seen on this show!
I love your reactions!!! Love from Sweden🇸🇪
Aww, thanks! Love back at ya!

I was thinking exactly the same!!👍👏
She totally sexually assault William , no is No
Right?! Poor guy.
Did you ever watch the show Torchwood. If you did, did you hear the name Captain Harkness. You will know the name Captain Harkness in Torchwood.
I never watched it but my mom used to. I remember Captain Harkness from that
I know everyone is upset that Jamie beat up Lord John. In the book Loord John went to Claire more than once with asking her that he could comfort her (sex), she says no thank you, but he turned to her asking her to take care of him. She does
Oh dang, yea that'd be a little different

Me too! +1 here!
