What is OPRS?

BETAG’s OPRS Learning Pathway provides a clear roadmap for developing a comprehensive outer panel repair capability. 16 instructor led, workshop based training days are split into 4 blocks of 4-day learning sessions, over 4 months.
The instructor led training is complemented by a Skill Development Practice Program that each student is asked to complete and report back on (approximately 1 hour per week). Results are kept under review by a BETAG trainer and used to provide personalized coaching tips for improvement.
