Does Charlie know that modern claw machines runs off an internal grip strength/play number setting in which a certain number of turns are set before it holds strong enough to allow a win. This is put into claw machines to ensure they make profit over what is won, the plushies are harder to win because they are over the "no win play" weight threshold. A little bit of context and lore: Warframes are god-like living weapons made using a certain branch of something known as "The Infestation" in human beings. This was supposedly created by the Orokin to fight against the Sentients. Their error was that warframes were mindless machines that went berserk against everything that moves (Rhino and Ember Prime descriptions tells us about this) until the Tenno appeared. The Tenno were able to control the warframes and use them as a second body. Post Old War the infestation went wild and started consuming both life and technology, starting with Deimos and Eris. This 1999 seems to be an altered version of the history we know since the Infestation isn't supposed to exist yet. This might be Albrecht's fault on his attempts to stop the Man in the Wall (Wally). Something related to Wally or something/someone else happened in 1999 and Albrecht traveled back in time to 1999 in search for answers or solutions and probably altered the timeline in the process. Honestly can't blame Albrecht for trying to stop The Man in the Wall. It is a cosmic horror being. A God with no good intentions. It is so powerful that prevents anyone or anything from leaving the Origin System, since any shio that tries to scape is instantly blasted with Void Storms. In terms of power The Man in the World is sinilar to the Gods of Chaos from Warhammer 40K but even more powerful since Wally can actually manifest a physical form in the real world.
The branch was called "Helminth strain" transformation is extremely violent for a host which basically makes warframe go berserk when fully formed, it would be a problem if not for the transference and tenno.
