@@ssgoko88 morrowind is a much more in depth rpg experience than skyrim is. almost everything is dice-roll and class/race matter much more. i’d suggest before starting figure out which class you want to play as then select the race and attributes that best pertain to that class, i normally go with longsword bc you can get a good one very early on by leaving seyda neen using the north road and looting it off the corpse of the guy who falls from the sky. keep in mind, everything in the game that uses a dice roll, (combat, spell casting, speech checks, bartering, etc.) also take your fatigue into account, so you’ll want to try and keep that high at all times as well. beyond that, use your journal to keep track of your quests, be sure to talk to people as much as you can, and utilize guild trainers as well. i’d suggest your first move be leaving seyda neen for caldera and joining a guild or if you’re so inclined one of the great houses, follow their quests for a while and get as much xp as you can.

I remember as a child figuring out these bugs all on my own, while people had already known them for years I felt like an explorer discovering new realities unseen and unreplicatable. Good times. Happened upon the speed glitch when I ran with my horse into a cave entrance, you can’t enter a cave entrance on a horse so when I dismounted I entered, not knowing my horse was too far in to retrieve once i came out. When I finally did come out, and turned to grab my horse I realised I couldn’t mount it. After about half an hour of running in and out of the cave at that angle specifically I finally gave up and turned to walk all the way home. But by god when I pushed that analog stick I ran with more speed ever witnessed before. Then I hit the sprint button , hit a bump in the floor, and crossed the map in a matter of moments. After moving with blinding speed around the map for about 5 minutes my 360 crashed for the first time ever, and it was over. What a time it was.
I'm so happy that out of all the small gamer youtubers I watched back in the day that the man with the conviction to deny his girlfriend toilet paper for a default PB since it was his first timed run is the one still putting out some of the most diverse and interesting gamer videos and STILL getting the views it deserves

The atmosphere Skyrim has, no matter how many times you play it or how many game-breaking bugs there are, is undeniable.
