EASY EGG DROP SOUP RECIPE | DISHADAY

Here’s what you’ll need.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups of water or chicken stock 2 eggs
1 pc chicken knorr cube (ignore this if using chicken stock) 1 cup finely chopped carrots/ 1 medium size 1 cup spring onion 1/2 cup cream sweet corn
2 tbsp cornstarch (dissolve in 3 tbsp water) 1 large white onion & 3 cloves of garlic 1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
